Colasante's Flowers In the Park

I recently ordered three large arrangements for a family funeral. I wasn't sure my description of what I wanted was clear but the arrangements were exactly what I envisioned. They arrived well before the time I requested. I have utilized Flowers in the Park previously and have never been disappointed. I would highly recommend their service.

Ordered flowers and Chocolates for my Grandma for Grandparents Day. She was absolutely stunned by the flowers. They truly went above and beyond to make sure they were delivered.

I cannot say how incredibly impressed I am with the service I just received from Colasante’s Flowers in the Park. I placed an order for a local delivery and flowers were delivered in one hour. The flowers were gorgeous and very fresh. Support small local businesses like this and you won’t be disappointed.

Fantastic customer service and gorgeous arrangement. I called 10 places in an increased radius of where the funeral was, but its the day after Christmas and most were closed, one told me it was too far for them to deliver. This gentleman was very polite and didn't even blink about the distance. I'm in NC, but my dad sent me a picture, the arrangement was gorgeous and the only one at the funeral beacuse of the Holiday. Would highly recommendation.

This beautifully decorated flower shop is the absolute best around! Peggy and staff do breathtaking work! Your arrangements will be vibrant and long lasting. I look forward to their Christmas decorating to the storefront every year. Love!!!!!

I ordered a windchim on a Monday for a viewing on Wednesday. For 2:00 .There is no excuse for it not being there on time. I had the funeral home call to see where it was. Second time I was disappointed. With them. Never again.

I received the most rude treatment I have ever experienced as a customer. I went in and simply asked if I could get 3 bouquets made. I was asked what my price point was and I said what are my options which apparently was a rude response since the woman was already annoyed with my answer. I then asked if there were certain flowers available and she scoffed at me like I should have known what kind flowers are in season. I then asked "what can be done which she basically told me "lll just throw something together I'll need a half hour at least". I said don't worry about it I just don't have that much time, she gave me more of an attitude "well these things take time". I understand they do take time but when i went here before whoever I was greeted by was cordial and helpful not rude and standoffish. I would have waited if you didn't act like I personally insulted you. You won't have my business again.

Very dissapointed. I ordered windchimes through the website online for a celebration of life memorial ceremony that was to take place outdoors. I called the shop to make sure the order went through and the woman said the order had not printed yet but she took my name and number and said she would call me if there was a problem. The next day I saw a charge on my credit card so I assumed everything was good only to find out today, 1 hour before the ceremony ,that it had not been delivered. I tried calling the shop but it went right to voicemail. I called the shop on the following Monday and the woman said that Peggy( the owner) would get back to me to
"make it right". A week later still no call back.

I received flowers from my daughter for Mother’s Day and was very upset that she spent her hard earned money on these half dead flowers. The Roses were wilted and browned edges and the rest were undeniably old and on their last part of life for what flowers there were as the bouquet was more than half greenery. The baby breath was so brittle it cracked at the stems as I was placing them in the vase. So very disappointed as I have been a loyal customer myself and have used them on many occasions.

Let me start by apologizing to Sandy the unfortunate one of being in the shop when my sister picked up her “bouquet” right before the rehearsal dinner. She discussed with the owner Peggy what she wanted she told her how she did a bouquet herself and it just wasn’t working. She asked her to make a bridal bouquet with white roses and blue and green colors. My sister wrote these plans down. But what she received was loose long stem flowers. My sister was so upset that she didn’t have her bouquet she left in tears. I tried to remedy the situation but was frustrated, Sandy got the brunt of that. I wanted it right for my sisters big day. Peggy the owner called me back and after arguing they agreed to make it. So I rush to my sisters house and then to the shop when, I arrive they say it’s going to be more money which I didn’t agree since she didn’t make it right the first time and in part making me late for the rehersal on the gateway clipper. She had me call the owner to dispute this charge. Peggy is a very nasty person. She refused that she did no wrong and didn’t understand that my sister wanted a bouquet. When the words bridal bouquet were in their discussion. I said you need to make this right or I will plaster negative reviews thru the several Facebook wedding pages and on google and yelp. She then screamed in my ear I’m not making it!!! And then proceeded to call the COPS since I threatened to post reviews on her business and how she spoke to clients. Suggested by Sandy was to ask Community Flowers on Main Street to make it! Thank God she said that, I walked into Community Flowers and the florist was so kind from the moment we started talking she offered to make my sisters bouquet for FREE! Amazing! She saved the day! Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this place!

Purchased a wrist corsage here for one of my daughters dances..They charged almost 40 dollars and there was nothing to it..Like 2 small carnations and some baby's breath..I wouldnt recommend them.

Not only is the woman there the worst customer service person I’ve EVER dealt with (and I work in customer service) but the arrangement I pressured looked absolutely nothing like I wanted nor how she explained

It is also extremely overpriced compared to the shops in the area
