Guardian Storage Waterfront

The staff here go above and beyond!!! I came in on Thursday (1/26) & Friday (1/27). Both days the staff did more than needed and did it with a smile. It’s nice to know that some companies still know what Customer Service is. I don’t know the 2 gentlemen from the 26th, but they were excellent. Dave was there on the 28th and was more helpful than I ever expected. Great workers, great company. Keep it up. Been a customer since 2015.

I visited the Guardian Storage at the Waterfront in Pittsburgh looking for an affordable storage locker. I was assisted by a wonderful staff member named Melissa who took the time to listen to my needs and worked diligently to find us a locker that met our price range and location needs. I highly appreciate her efforts and i hope other staff are as helpful and kind as her.

It is temporary space when I need it most. I appreciate the ability to rent short term, monthly, when needed. I have rented long and short term and have had good experiences every time.

I have had a wonderful experience at Guardian Storage which I have used for two years. Heath has been wonderful to work with. He is very kind, caring, helpful, and understanding. He goes above and beyond to make sure the experience is pleasant and that I am happy.

I was very anxious about my first moving experience. Let alone into a storage unit as I have never done that before. I wasn’t sure of what size unit I would need, or the supplies necessary. Thank goodness that Heath was working the day I came in. He was extraordinarily helpful and kind. Answered all of the questions I had as well as being very patient with me. Took the stress out of the whole situation! I would highly recommend coming here when he is working to make sure your move in goes as smoothly and expertly as possible. Ryan helped me with my first storage unit experience. He was very nice and very informative throughout the whole process. Both men working there offered me water and coffee and had tissues ready when I asked for them 😬. The place was a bit of an intimidating maze but he helped me find my unit and made it very easy for me to find it myself in the future. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking to store :).

I have had a very positive experience using this facility over the years. I needed a truck today because of a recent death in my family. Heath was amazingly helpful and made arrangements to make a bad situation much more manageable. Thank you again for everything Heath you are truly amazing, and kind! Awesome and painless experience here. Property manager was friendly and extremely helpful. I'd happily recommend this location. Clean, dry, secure, and access to helpful tools for moving your belongings.

Dustin was beyond 5stars!!!!! If I could’ve given 20 I would’ve! Today was my last day renting my unit and I only had my couch an live seat remaining however no uhaul service had vehicles in the area! Amazingly I walk in and Dustin had just cancelled a customer that never showed!!! I love how this worked out! Thanks for allowing my property to be kept safe an returned as well!

Not only did they provide a unit to fit my needs, the customer service was 10x better than my previous experience somewhere else. Very clean and safe! You can tell they take pride in what the do. Heath is a pleasure to work with and made the process a breeze. I would highly recommend!

My Mom has had a unit here for several years. The staff has always been incredibly professional and kind. I have been impressed with how clean the whole property is kept, both inside and outside. As I have been in process of cleaning out unit the last month, everyone there was so helpful. I am often disappointed with customer service these days, so working with this business has been a wonderful experience!

I've attempted plenty of times when it comes to finding a storage unit that fits my needs and I've reached out to places like Uhaul and it's done nothing but scare me. I finally attempted to try again as I was in a position where I really needed to find a unit and I tried Guardian in the Waterfront. It was a wonderful experience, I got so much help from Heath and it made the process very easy and smooth. I'm glad to say that I finally have the much needed self-storage without all the pressure.

This place is awesome great service. We received a call while looking up prices from Heath Moidel and he set us up with an appointment. When we arrived he was ready and waiting for us to show what units were available to fit our needs. We choose the perfect unit and made signing up a breeze. I’ve been a client for 3-4 years now. Ran into an issue 3 days before my bill was to be paid. I went down and talked to Heath about my options! He was very professional and helpful! I greatly appreciate all his help!

Ryan the property manager was great! Called continuously to help answer any questions, was very transparent about pricing, and overall so helpful. The facility is extremely clean and seems very secure.
