Isaiah was great! He explained everything in great detail, gave me all the options, let me see the unit and didn’t provide any pressure. With numerous options for storage, you’d be doing yourself a disservice by not talking with Isaiah first.

I have had a wonderful experience thus far with guardian. Dave in particular is extremely helpful, accommodating and really understands quality customer service. He made this process smooth and easy. I would recommend Guardian to everyone.

We have utilized Guardian Storage for the past 2 years, storing all our shared equipment and supplies for our Girl Scout service unit. Kind, excellent customer service and clean! Isaiah was very professional and kind. Just moving from out of state was stressful and the assistance from this team was helpful in mitigating my stress. Went in to pay my bill today and Chad was there. Again friendly and professional. For a few dollars less I could have used another facility but I trust Guardian. That makes it well worth it!

Today 06/27/23 was a good day after I left Guardian Storage and Yes, I said “Guardian Storage” I recently had several death in my family ( My mother… who was the anchor of my life)
also some unknown stranger decided to help themselves to my credit card and bank account.
It was bad news after bad news, which I remained hopeful and optimistic though it all.
I went to pay my bill At Guardian Storage and to retrieve some items from my unit and when I walked in Isaiah was helping a customer and he took a moment to let me know, he will be with me in a moment. I said, well let me go to my unit and I will be back and if I’m not back before you close please come look for me (jokingly)
After a while being in my unit,moving things around and retrieving items. I looked up and Isaiah was right there reminding me of our appointment.
I just laughed!!!
Because this made me feel good to know that amazing people is still out here and will go beyond their call of duty to help out!!!
The courtesy and his professionalism continue after I return downstairs to discuss my finance issues. It was the laughter and his pleasant demeanor that had me smiling on the ride home.

Guardian Storage was nothing but excellent during my storage rental tenure. The manager, Isaiah Glass, was an excellent coordinator and helped me get the unit I needed last minute, as I planned an out of town venture and needed storage quickly. Both him and Lauren Burkett accommodated my requests from doing routine security checks of my unit, at my request, to quickly replying to email messages regarding storage. Isaiah made the process easy and I would confidently choose this Guardian location again for future storage needs. The only recommendation or suggestion I have is maybe secure a few dumpsters on-site for tenants to discard any unwanted items.

I have never used a storage facility before but Guardian is tops. Isaiah at Guardian was very helpful and knowledgeable about his units and their availability and pricing. I rented a 10x15 drive-up which is easily accessible, clean, and well lit. I really like that it is a gated facility that requires a security code for entrance. I would highly recommend Guardian of Pleasant Hills to anyone!

Isaiah was very very helpful! There aren't enough good things I can say about him. He was super nice to talk too, and was able to help my husband and I out with reserving out unit. He answered all of our questions and provided us with helpful information that I didn't even know I needed. This is my second time using Guardian and they are always reliable!

The unit I rented was perfect for my needs. The initial move in process was quick and easy. The hours of access to the unit, as well as the location, were convenient for me. When I was ready to remove my items from the unit, I was very pleased to see that there was absolutely no water damage to any of my belongings. If I contacted them by phone or email, they were always friendly and responded to any emails promptly. The facility has video cameras everywhere, which gave me piece of mind knowing my things were safe. I have no complaints about Guardian Storage at all, I only removed my belongings because I moved and no longer had a use for a storage unit. I would absolutely recommend Guardian Storage to anyone who is in need of a storage unit.

Recently rented a unit for storage at this location. Isaiah was extremely kind and helpful. We were able to rent exactly what we needed and on the very same day were able to get into the space. We were also able to use Guardian's truck to move our things into the space. Excellent customer service. All of our questions were answered and all of our needs were met immediately upon request.

I recently finished renting a unit here after having to pack away most of my life’s belongings due to a sudden job loss. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, the unit options were spacious clean and affordable, and the grounds were very secure yet easily accessible even on off hours. As I am moving on with life and emptying out my unit, I look forward to using Guardian Storage services in the future should I ever have the need to do so again.

Got an interior climate controlled unit for several months while moving. Leasing process was very streamlined and easy, all online with no hassles. Unit was extremely clean with it's own interior light and perfect size, 10 X 15. Employees were super friendly. Move out was equally stress free proces. I would highly recommend this place to anyone with either short or long term storage needs.

I have had two storage units here, one inside climate controlled and one with drive up access, for over five years. I have never had one problem. The staff is friendly and attentive, the facility is clean and well maintained, and access is problem free. The property is monitored 24/7 and I have never seen anything suspicious or felt uneasy accessing my units at night. There are dollies available for moving items to and from my vehicles. The rent has gone up slightly in the past five years, but never a big jump from year to year, and not out of line with other facilities. I am completely satisfied with the services and highly recommend this location for your storage needs.
