St Peter's Cemetery

Great memories in this cemetery for me. My great grandparents and grandparents are buried there. My Pap used to take us on walks there when I was a kid. Many people don't think much of this place now but it has a special place in my heart. Both of my grandparents are buried under the big tree near the entrance and chaple.

A beautiful cemetery, very much like others in Pennsylvania, in that the graves are in a park like setting. Tall trees surround the dead. Very peaceful. I saw a deer and a number of geese, amongst the graves. The cemetery looked well kept.

It was great to see people helping out and pitching in with the cemetery being so short staffed.

A unique cemetery to bury your family and other love ones.

Cemetery is in terrible disrepair. Recently visited my parents and grandparents gravesite and was appalled by what we saw. Tombstones overturned grass hadn’t been cut in quite some time. Phone not answered to register our complaints. We used to get an invoice yearly which we were happy to receive because we knew the cemetery was being taken care of. It seems no one is responsible for St. Peter’s care.
Disgraceful to the memory of our loved one’s.

This cemetery is in deplorable condition. There are overturned monuments, unmowed grass that comes up to the middle of my leg, no perpetual care. I have loved ones buried there. I was at the cemetery twice in a week and a half. I was not only appalled but horrified at what I saw. There is one attendant cutting the grass with a lawn mower and a weed wacker because the tractor is not working. This is totally unacceptable!

Parts of the cemetery are well kept, other parts are ignored. I went to search for the grave of a Medal of Honor winner, it was buried in grass, weeds, and broken glass. I cleaned up the site, and will continue to return and keep his grave clean and respectful.

They never answer the phone or return phone calls. Been trying to get in contact with them to purchase a tombstone for my dad that’s resting there! Can’t even get a call back for someone to show me where my dad is! They don’t have markers or anything. It’s very hard to visit your loved one at this cemetery!

Mother and son buried there, landscape horrible, unable to travel road by building, tree branches hanging down, hard to find headstone due to grass growing so high!!!!!!

This cemetery is by far the WORST KEPT cemetery in the world. It doesn't have to look this way! You need someone who cares and bring back respect to these people in these graves!!!

Called at least 4 times and sent emails and still no return call..unprofessional..

Poor up keep. Tree limbs so low you can't reach the tombstone.
