U-Haul Moving & Storage of Pittsburgh

I would like to express my greatest gratitude to the three gentleman who were working at the location of 3000 Liberty Ave Pittsburgh, PA on December 30th, for their kindness. They were kind, caring and compassionate. I was dealing with a family crisis and they did not hesitate to help me solve my issue regarding a Uhaul trailer to a truck. I am forever thankful for them. Highly recommend! Great facility with very professional staff. Well managed, user friendly, with easy access to and from.

Very easy access and entrance. Use of rolling carts for free. Everything is labeled with direction arrows, ie- elevator, restrooms, exit, etc... SPOTLESSLY clean location.

LOVE the folks at this place! Should be the gold standard! I feel bad I didn't get anyone's names to personally mention them! All the U-Hauls in Pittsburgh took great care of me

Parking lot was clean. Truck was clean. Dumpsters on site. Professional staff - what more can you ask for when moving is so hard? Thanks to Brianna for taking good care of us on a day that stunk otherwise.

Super helpful and tried to accommodate me even though they didn't have one way trucks at this location. The gentleman called every location in the city to help us find our request. I really respect people that still do their jobs, and do them well.

Friendly staff, easy drop off

Fast service. Employees were very friendly and knowledgeable. Plenty of vehicle's available. The only ding I have against them is the placement of a particular security camera.

The business has several security cameras with crisp clear video except the camera in the customer parking area. The camera is blurry and the view slightly obscured where you can't see all the vehicles.... Makes me think this is done on purpose to claim no liability if a event occurred.

The people here have been so much more than nice. Excellent customer service even when I had someone that was supposed to be picking up a truck and taking my stuff out of the storage the staff there really worked with me and knew that would happen was not my fault they were very gracious.

I had a great experience at this U-Haul in April 2021. Quick, efficient service and a clean truck. Mr. Rayshawn Springs was terrific in taking care of the drop off, with no wait times. Highly recommend!

I was a walk-in on a rather busy morning at opening. The staff was fast, friendly and I got just what I wanted. Hassle free and reasonable prices. It’s a great way to move larger items without having to beg and borrow from “that one friend with the big truck.”

When I arrived late after hours, I called the after hours help line but got no immediate answer. However, I was called right back by Mime who informed me the storage was closed but he gave me access for the night at 11:00 pm. Definitely went above and beyond to help me and they're super friendly and nice. The only bad thing which others have mentioned: rodent droppings. They have traps though and they're clearly working on it.

I thought the location was clean. Staff was very helpful. The truck got me moved in one day and the price was reasonable. I have to say this was the best service I have received from any U-Haul or rental company ever. I would recommend this location and definitely Mike and the staff there.

Great experience renting here compared to a previous experience with McKnight Road. I rented a cargo van for a move, estimated my milage and put $59 down. I ended up needing the uhaul for a second day and they said not a problem see you tomorrow. When dropping off I was told I wasn't charged for the extra day and they ended up refunding me money due to me over guessing the milage a little bit.

Staff was very helpful and very professional. Made the process of renting a truck and getting a car trailer super easy and painless. Christian was very helpful and pleasant throughout the process. Definitely coming to back to this Uhaul in the future.
