Mount Lebanon Cemetery

Today I met with 2 guys who worked at the Mt Lebanon Cemetery. They were respectful, patient and did an amazing job. Cemetery workers don’t get the credit they deserve! Mt Lebanon, Mt Royal and Allegheny County Memorial Park have THE hardest working crew! Funeral Directors depend on you guys! Thank you thank you!!!

Sondra was very pleasant to deal with after several attempts and many phone calls to other places and other personnel once we spoke with her, she made an appointment within an hour. We had the information we needed, and everything handled for my father.

Sondra was very helpful in our time of need after many months of trying to figure things out. It only took a few minutes and things were all taken care of.

My husband and I stopped unexpectedly at Mt. Lebanon Cemetery and encountered Sondra Scheidter. We were not expecting to discuss final arrangements, however, her relaxed, friendly and outgoing personality eased us into a conversation. We were able to choose vaults and caskets of our liking and expect to sign a contract in the near future. My husband has an adversion to speaking about such matters. Ms. Scheidter made the conversation so welcoming and easy that he was able to feel relaxed and comfortable.

Sondra has been there to help burry multiple loved ones for my family between South Side Cemetery and Mt Lebanon Cemetery. She always takes the time to make sure all our questions are answered and letting us know we can always reach out to her even after the funeral is over.

Sandra Scheidter was very helpful and all our needs we have spent many months trying to find our beloved. Once we visited with her, it took only a few minutes to get everything taken care of

Sondra helped when my wife’s grandma passed away. She was very professional and attentive through out all of our interactions.

Very beautiful cemetary, quite nice. The graves all seemed relativly well taken care of and there were nice kept trails. I do not know anybody who has been buried here and have no personal expirience with burial or customer service but I do appriciate the tranquility.

Mount Lebanon cemetery is a beautiful park in Pittsburgh and the Mausoleum is the best in the area.

Our recent experience at Mt Lebanon Cemetery was far better than we had imagined it would be. We received excellent customer service from Jason Yim who took care of all of our concerns in a professional and timely way. Many years ago we planted two small trees on either side of our family stone. We were told they would not grow to be large but they did to the point they were obscuring the stone. We traveled from Indianapolis prepared to remove them ourselves if necessary but instead got wonderful service from Jason. He saw to it that the trees were removed, the surrounding ground was leveled off and planted with grass, and he sent us a photo of the completed project within the month. We are very grateful to Jason and his team for the peace of mind we have now. Bob and Linda

Huge shout out to Bill Burrows at Mt. Lebanon Cemetery! During a very difficult time he was able to guide our family through the process. He explained all our options and costs upfront. Very easy person to work with, easy to talk to. Highly recommend Bill!!

I would like to thank Mark at the office for helping my fiance find his parents being that he did not know where they were located. He helped in many ways more than one by being kind and cooperative and very patient. He did research and call us back.. was every detail that he could find. I do not know why there are bad reviews. In my experience it was delightful to speak with somebody so cooperative. Professional friendly and absolutely an angel. Thank you Mark.

He is the right man for handling the difficult job he has.
