Guardian Storage Strip District

Javon was super helpful the whole way. He was great on the phone when I rented the unit. On the day we moved my mother's things in he was attentive and easy to communicate with. He helped me figure out how to reset the password on the combination lock I bought, walked me through using the loading docks to bring things in. Then when I came back needing a larger unit, he got that squared away for me without any problems. This has been an absolutely fantastic experience and I'm going to recommend this place to anyone who needs storage.

I was looking for a place for an off-site work meeting and saw that Guardian Storage has free office space rooms for rent. I called the property manager, Javon who was super helpful and polite and booked the room for me. We had our meeting there last week on Tuesday and had a great experience. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and had everything we needed (outlets, dry-erase board and markers, etc) as well as free parking in their parking lot. I definitely recommend to anyone who needs something similar as to what we needed it for!

As a long term customer of Guardian Storage in the Strip District, I can't say enough good things about this location and the team there! I have rented Guardian units to run my business for the last several years and Javon, Steve, Darnell, and Fred have all been incredibly professional and helpful; they have always gone above and beyond to help me keep things operating smoothly. If you rent here you have access to the moving truck, the loading dock for deliveries and shipping cargo, and they even receive your packages.

If you are considering a storage solution, you will not find a better team of more honest and helpful individuals than the Strip District team/location. I can't thank these guys enough for everything over the years!

I am an out of state college student that needed storage over the summer and everyone at Guardian made it such an easy process. I went in for a consult and tour about a month before and got to see multiple units, and ask several questions before reserving. On move in day, not only did they remember me, but they were super thorough about going through the contract and making sure the reserved unit still worked. Move in was smooth and every member of staff were kind and helpful; shoutout to Steve for continuously checking in and making sure I had everything I needed. The facility was clean and I definitely feel secure in storing there. It’s also 10 min from campus which is bonus! I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Javon Baker was unbelievable. He was kind, professional and fast. From the moment we walked in, he was extremely helpful. We were offered coffee and water and our movers as well. The office was also very clean and pristine. 10/10. Javon deserves 5 gold stars!

The space is clean, easily accessible and it was quick to open an account, get a unit and even closing it was as easy. The manager Javon and his one staff (I forgot his name! A wise looking gentleman) were always pleasant, helpful and kind. I truly appreciate their help whenever I needed it and even offer assistance without prompt. Keep doing a good job sirs!
