I received an unbelievably wonderful bouquet of flowers for mother's day very very surprised, and if the flower that stood out was the big fat yellow daylilies. They're still here. This is from mother before mother's day. They're still alive on my table here. I had to throw away the irises and the miniature roses, but it was an outstanding bouquet. They had done a very very good good job, and I was very tickled. Thank you very much.

I have visited this florist on a few occasions and their bouquets are always beautiful and reasonably priced. The staff is very helpful as well.

I placed an order on Saturday via their website for a throw and flowers for a friend's grandfather's funeral. I wanted them delivered on Sunday for the viewing. The website allowed the order to go through and I received a confirmation number. My husband and I showed up at the viewing Sunday evening and were shocked that our purchase was not there. I called Herman Heyl Florist first thing Monday and they said that they were closed on Sundays, so they'd send it over today to the funeral home. I asked them why the website allowed that date for a delivery date then? She just kept saying "we are closed on Sundays" Finally, I believe a manager came on. She eventually agreed to give me a $25 credit for my troubles. I told them they really need to fix their website, so that other people don't go through the same thing. I would definitely hesitate to order from here again.

Edit: I've changed my rating from one to two stars as a smaller bouquet appeared on the correct date. They were not damaged on the second delivery.

Flowers ordered by my boyfriend arrived 2 weeks early with the correct delivery date printed on the card. Flowers wrapped in paper to protect from January freezing temps, but card and paper were STAPLED to one of the flowers, which was damaged severely when I removed the paper. They were ordered through Teleflora, whose response was disappointing and slow as well, but unrelated. The flowers themselves were quite lovely, but it would have been nice if I didn't have to destroy one of only 21 tulips.

I would not order directly from this florist ever again, though I am curious to see if they will fix their mistakes.

Proflowers used them to deliver flowers for me. They were 1/3 the size they were supposed to be and didnt include half of the flowers. IN order to make the bouquet look like it was proportional to the picture from proflowers, THEY USED BABY ROSES.

These people should be run out of business. I disputed the charges which is almost impossible with Proflowers (never shopping there again) and , thankfully am disputing with my credit card company.

I may even take them to court just so they dont get away with this crap.

Everyone in the area hates them. When I told them who fulfilled my order, everyone knew right away who they were and that they had a really bad name.

DO NOT BUY From these people. Run them out of town.

I would never buy anything from this business. The clerk on the phone was very rude. I asked if she could make a bouquet for my granddaughter with a mermaid theme and she said " that's not gonna happen". She said what are you talking about like I was stupid. Very poor customer relations. Also, I've seen flowers at a funeral home from there that looked dead and it was an ugly arrangement to begin with. Never buy from the Pleasant Hills shop.

First delivery came with multiple broken flower stems. After a phone call, it was replaced with an arrangement less than half the size. Not cool.

Nothing in there... Went in and the guy just stared at me with a "What are you doing here" look. Empty, no type of displays or anything. Can't even call it a gift or floral shop
