The guy who I sold my ring to was reasonable and very nice. I don't understand the negative comments about the workers being snobby. Was trying to sell my husband's watch as well to along with 4 solar panels. But I didn't go in there with high expectations or with attitude to sell those because the watch was damaged and the solar panels I had were just not it. You can't just go into a pawn shop expecting to get what you want. All and all I am very satisfied with my experience and got something out of it. More than what I expected.

Because of our past experiences with the staff, service, and products, we always stop in anytime we're in the neighborhood. They have a great selection of watches and rings, as well as the usual assortment of power tools and electronics. They staff has always been willing to work with us on price and we've never gotten the feeling that they've been trying to knock our heads in...always very fair for both sides!

I was looking for some Ryobi tools/items on Craigslist…. Happened to see the item I was looking for on a listing. Called the store & spoke with Rich (owner), he was very friendly & courteous. He told me he would hold the item for a number of days. When I was able to make it to the store, he welcomed me & gave me a good price on the items. I probably spend about an hour there. When I left, I felt like I had met a new friend! We talked about a number of things, interests, tools, ebikes, etc. The thing that impressed me the most, was that he was sick that day & found out the only reason he came in to work that day was for me! I appreciated the dedication. Very good experience! Thank you Rich!

Went there to get a bike the owner posted. Bike was just how he described. Owner was a super nice guy. I will continue to stop down and send people there just because of how nice the owner was.

This place is where you want to go to buy or sell. I have been there many, many times. Richie, Tom, and staff are the best. I've Known them over 25 years and they are honest, respectable, and hard working like the rest of us. I have bought and sold there. They have helped me numerous times when my luck was down financially. Anyone who posts anything bad about Southside Jewelers is totally wrong. You cannot find more honest and courteous people anywhere. If your items aren't bought there's a good reason why and they will take the time to tell you.

I have bought, sold and traded guitars and music gear with Rich the owner for years now. I pop in a couple times a week to see what's new and always enjoy the good conversation. Great place, always more than fair to me. I highly recommend you pay them a visit.

I bought a Dewalt tool from the owner. He was nice enough to hold it for me until I was able to come down to the store to pick it up. Very nice guy and has a large selection of tools. I'll definitely be back for more in the future.

Rich (the owner) was great! I brought in 5 watches that needed new batteries and various minor repairs and he did it all in a day for a fair price.

Rich is fair. But if your looking for a top dollar sell. There is none. My opinion about Jewelry is very low. The reason is how can something be worth so much when it new and two days later be worth 87.4% less ? Jewelry is a rip off don't buy any of it. Don't buy with your heart buy with your mind.
