Dave's Terrace Bakery

Great little bakery with lots of selections. We discovered this place a couple months ago. They have a little bit of everything with baked goods from cakes to breads. We had them make cake for my sister in laws birthday and they knocked it outta the park for what we asked for. I haven't had any complaints about anything I've had here.

Stopped for the first time. The ladies working were very nice. Donuts looked so good I took one out of the dozen box as soon as I got to my truck. Excellent. Can't wait to try the pierogis.

Love the elephant 🐘 ears, walnut rolls, and cream filled doughnuts! Everyone in my family loves their cakes 🎂 ❤ Delicious icing & not sickening sweet like some others.

Update 8/6/2021: My mom bought their Carrot Cake for my cousin's birthday, and this was my first time having it! It was fantastic. The icing was the perfect sweetness, and the cake itself was excellent. I highly recommend this Carrot Cake!

Update 4/4/2021: My family ordered an Easter Paska Bread. It was light, airy, and tasted great. The raisins were nicely spaced and complimented the bread very well.

This is a great bakery. My dad has been getting cupcakes from here for years, and I always enjoy them. I really enjoy their chocolate chip cookies as well. While I typically like warm, gooey chocolate cookies (e.g, Hot Box Cookies in St. Louis), this place has quite the unique chocolate chip cookie.

When I was home for Christmas, I had to get a few because my dad was ordering cupcakes for a family member's birthday. Accordingly, I asked him to pick me up a few of the chocolate chip cookies. They were great! They had a unique taste, are quite crispy, and have a generous proportion of chocolate chips. Furthermore, you can't beat the price!

Definitely give this bakery the business!

Recently bought their Asiago bagels . Delicious; better than the big store's bagels.
Went there for those bagels today, but they had none. However, they had pizza boats that were "day old" at half price. Bought one with pepperoni, green peppers and onions. Took it home, toasted it and it was delicious.
Staff was very friendly and helpful.
I love shopping at Dave's Terrace Bakery.

Great mom and pop bakery. They have different peroxide choices. Potato, cheese, Buffalo chicken and potato, cheese, and sausage were the two I bought. Can't wait to try them! I also bought a donut! It was fresh and delicious!

The pineapple upside down cake was very good but the other item that was a day old tasted a little stale. They did let me know and it was half price, but I definitely prefer the fresh items from now on. They also make their own fresh perogies here and can't wait to try them.

Best donuts I've ever had, what a local gem! Their buffalo chicken pierogi are amazing too, I can't wait to try the other varieties.

The Absolute Best bakery in Pgh that few know about. The Best Icing by Far, not that junk cheap Overly Sweet grocery store Icing that everyone buys for Birthdays and the Lady Locks are to die for soft and delicious with great filling. I'm the Bakery Expert so listen up

I am a bakery connoisseur. I have driven hours for items I like. Dave’s is by far the best bakery from donuts and pastries to cakes for special occasions to the pizza and Perogies this is the real deal. They also have the nicest and most patient staff. Best nut rolls sold for special occasions too.

I love everything about Dave's. The donuts are amazing. Every time I take them to work, the whole faculty acts like I brought in gold; that's how good these baked goods are. 10/10 recommend stopping in. You'll love this place too.

This bakery is on my commute and I stop in every few weeks to snag some donuts for breakfast, or cookies/cakes on the way home for dessert.
Always polite and helpful staff and a nice assortment of baked goods to choose from.

Also their new year's pretzels are top notch - and at that time of the year its best to pre-order because while they will have several flavors and sizes for sale, they seem to go very quickly.

Best bakery hands down! We have had multiple custom cakes and cupcakes made for parties that were absolutely beautiful and insanely delicious. Their donuts are top notch! And the perogies are to die for ALL the flavor are wondful! We always make sure to grab them when we are in there! Along with fresh bread! This place is FANTASTIC! Its a must try if you haven't been here!

I absolutely love this bakery. Friendly staff, always eager to please. Ordered a cake for Saturday on Thursday, which may not seem like a big deal, but since the pandemic, this is not an easy thing to do. I tried 5 other local places and could not get anywhere to take an order due to "no cake decorator." I'm not sure why I didn't try this place FIRST. The buttercream icing is perfect, cakes are moist and delicious, donuts are addicting! You won't be disappointed!

I bought a Halloween Cake from this bakery today. It was absolutely incredible. Their donuts are fire and their homemade pierogi's as well. This is my go to bakery in the burgh.

Been going there forever and I absolutely love it! They have the best donuts and an amazing staff!

By far one of my favorite bakeries to stop at!! Everything tastes as good as it looks. The prices are reasonable and the service is very friendly and helpful. I walk out with bags of desserts I do not need, but it always gets eaten. Next sweet from here will be a full birthday cake!
