Had my wedding ring inspected and cleaned and discovered some diamonds were loose. They sent it out for repair and had it back to me before the date promised!!! Great service...

Omgggg..went their today after having a horrific experience at Kay's Jewelers. OUR SALES REPS WERE AMAZING! Tony and Kay were so helpful, they calmed me down and sat and helped me find the perfect item I wanted. Ended up spending more there than we originally did at Kay's, bought another item and brought them two more sales the same day because they did a wonderful job. If you're in the Ross park mall definitely go here and avoid Kay's jewelers at all cost!! Thank you for being so extremely friendly and making our experience wonderful!

My fiance and I went in looking for wedding bands. Sarah, on of the sales associates, was extremely helpful in showing us a variety of options for both of us. Absolutely no pressure to buy, but extremely informative. We will definitely be back.

This store has a wonderful, helpful staff. Theresa and Tony are helpful, knowledgeable and kind. They make every visit special and I appreciate their attention to detail and ability to make you feel good about your purchase. what can I tell you about my experience about littmans in Ross park , well I will start by telling you that I walked in and did not only purchase a beautiful engagement ring for my girlfriend, but also established a friendship.
I was welcomed as soon as i walked in as if I was walking into a family party , I never felt so comfortable with a person who I never meet before .
My experience purchasing a engagement ring was amazing,for a guy this is a huge responsibility,
I got engaged Friday march 25th 2017 in front of friends ,and family , the ring was a huge hit and people loved the ring ,
I just want to say thank you for making my girlfriends engagement as magical as she dreamed .
I couldn't of done it without your help , thamk you teresa, for everything!!!!!
