Caffè d'Amore Coffeeshop

Located in the quieter parts of the buzzing Butler Street, this place is perfect to grab your daily fix of caffeine. It's a woman-run business and the baristas are some of the sweetest people I have come across. I had the lavender latte that was exquisite with the floral lavender notes and not too sweet which was perfect for me. The cafe is airy and bright and there's plenty of seating so you can get some work done while sipping on your coffee.

My friends and I visited this morning (6/23/24). I had a hot chai latte. It was amazing! They had an assortment of snicky snacks and beverages. If you’re in the neighborhood stop by!

Kudos for the rainbow rice krispy treat for pride month. And the little sign next to it!! It gave me life! 🏳‍🌈♥☕

What a lovely space to spend time chillin to some memorable music that started my day off with a buzz. I enjoyed my flat white with almond milk. Yummy! The Caffe offers nibbles and items in the store for purchase. Socially distanced social spaces with a variety of seating. Quick friendly service. Nice place to start my day off. Outside seating is available too. Great coffee! Cheers!

We are so grateful that there is such an amazing coffee shop so close to our house. Not only were the coffee, pasties, and bagels delicious but the fact that they are a women owned and community focused business makes patronizing this place an even more wonderful experience. Definitely give this place a try.

This café is such an incredible community treasure. A great, quiet place to work, with free wifi. Drinks and pastries as beautiful as they are delicious. Friendly staff, and a wonderful welcoming environment.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. These folks are thoughtfully creating a culture of community and social justice at every opportunity. What a great place to spend the day.

Best coffee shop in the Pittsburgh! Sarah, the owner is a sweetheart, great coffee, and an amazing shop owner. She's knows the locals, is kind to new people. The maple latte is outstanding! If i had to pick a favorite coffee shop in the continental east of the US, it would be it. Thanks for the great atmosphere Sarah :)

I've been getting coffee here since it was in it's old location and love it. The preserves and ancho hot cocoa mix and amazing too. Coffee is always perfect and the baked goods and soups are top notch.

Another hidden gem in the city. This place is very welcoming with a mellow vibe. The staff is very accommodating to new customers. I prefer to support the locals as opposed to the chains. I was able to enjoy my tea by the window in peace. Good music in the background. This shop has some light bites to offer from other local businesses. I can truly feel that Caffè d'Amore is a prime example of a "neighborhood coffee shop". They really make you feel like a regular, even if it's your first time. Stop by and actually have a cup of coffee or tea, slow down and enjoy life..... even if is for a minute. Fore go the big chains one time and come experience a true "mom and pop" shop.

And yes, as others have stated in their reviews, the Barista is cute. Come down and say hi!

Great place. Typical coffee shop vibes with eclectic furniture, great music, and chill people making drinks. I love this style. I came here to get a little work done and I made the right decision coming here. I got a plain green tea and I don’t know what type this is, but it’s got such an impressive flavor that I will be back for more. Also, the mason jar sleeve is a nice little touch of style. The cherry chocolate scone is super buttery and crumbly that even a Brit would think twice about American baking. There’s a Shwarma truck outside and it is rocking. This is a place with chill vibes, good relationships with food vendors, and as comfy as home, but with cooler stuff. They also have these geometric animal busts on the wall and if the Purge happened, I would definitely steal those. I mean look at that triceratops!

All I'm saying is ... I got this black pepper cardamom drink a week ago and haven't stopped thinking about it since. Absolutely delish !

I’m a bit of a coffee snob and this place far exceeded my expectation. I stopped in on a whim, it’s nice it’s down further on Butler and a off the crazy busy stretch. I easily found parking. I got a salted caramel iced latte and chai, both were amazing. The salted caramel flavoring was perfect- didn’t have that alcohol taste that syrups/flavorings often do. Im kicking myself for not getting a larger size. I will definitely be making a note to go back. Super nice it’s close to Butterwood which is one of my favorite bakeries.

Stopped by for coffee and a meeting and this place is adorable. I'll definitely be back.

I am absolutely obsessed with this place! Every latte, every drink (have you tried their shrub sodas?!?!?!?!), every interaction is so amazing and pleasant it genuinely makes my day better every time I visit:)

Favorite coffeeshop in Pittsburgh. Love the coffee they carry, very kind folks working there, they adapted to covid in a way that makes me feel safe and appears to make their staff feel safe. Love that they make such an effort to be as sustainable as possible. Also love that I can grab a spirit bagel or a 350 baked good along with my deeper roots coffee. All my favorite things in one friendly warm place. Excited to be able to sit inside again someday, but until then I will continue enjoying their brews, beans, treats and many additional grocery items that they’re now carrying. The maple syrup was bomb! Yinz are the best.

I look forward to my weekly runs to Caffè d'Amore - I love that they have local farm fresh milk in reusable bottles and the lavender lemonade is perfection for hot summer days and black pepper cardamom lattes for any day

First time there and it was great! Great tasting coffee, hot and cold! I have a nut allergy, so I asked the barista if there were nuts in a particular bakery item and she pulled out a binder that had the ingredients listed. It is so nice that they have that readily available because I'm not trying to die today! Thank you for great service!
