I was in the market for a new zero turn, did some homework and decided to go look at the Gravely. I could have opted for the same mower in Orange by going to Home Depot; however, I knew after my purchase, my transaction would be complete. Instead I opted to start a business relationship with Harrington & Sons and purchase from them.

I arrived and met Paul, you couldn't ask for a nicer guy to work with. He answered all the questions I had, helped me decide which accessories to purchase that would be beneficial to me, and did it so I felt absolutely no sales pressure.

My new Gravely was delivered to my house, thoroughly gone over in detail of maintenance, warranty, operation and safety. Can't beat that! Being a homeowner, I don't own a big trailer to transport the mower back and forth, but Harrington & Sons do and offer the service for a minimal fee.

Here's my favorite part, I called Paul last week to order a hitch kit. I gave him my name and he immediately asked, "how's your new mower running, any questions?" Try doing that at Home Depot!

Buying from Harrington & Sons gives me peace of mind knowing when I need work done on my mower or have questions about it, I feel at ease picking up the phone and calling Paul. I got a great mower and even better business relationship for years to come!

A little pricey for pick-up and delivery, along with the cost to sharpen mower blades. However, they are very responsive and knowledgeable as an authorized Ariens dealer and my go to for warranty repairs with less than one week turn around on repairs. Harrington brothers excel on customer service compared to other local authorized dealers Atlantic and Stoneham's.

Directed here for warranty repair on a new pressure washer I purchased. Upbeat and respectful customer service, work completed well within their time estimate. Also asked them to repair a recoil starter from the Tecumseh engine on my snow thrower - fast turnaround at a fair price. I'll be back and would recommend you check them out.

Upgraded from a Toro push mower to a small Cub Cadet rider. Got top dollar on the trade in and the price of the rider was the same as Home Depot. Prompt delivery to PA, We've had nothing but great service and advise from Harringtons. Highly recommended.

Paul and Robert are excellent at customer service and know their way around the equipment they sell. I’ve purchased several professional Stihl saws, weed eaters, log splitter, zero turn tractor along with numerous other items and accessories over the past 15 plus years. There’s no better place around to shop for your outdoor tools or go for service on your equipment. Highly recommend this business.

This place is one of the last of its kind Paul and his brother are very helpful and understanding especially during this COVID ordeal I have heart problems my cardiologist has told me to stay away from people when I go here they always bring my parts out and put in my truck no problems when other places get irritated I will always buy from them because they treat there costumers right I don’t know if they are higher or cheaper then anyone else and I don’t care it’s all about the way they take care of there costumers I would highly recommend
