U-Haul Moving & Storage of Pittsburgh North Shore

This place was great to pick up a one way out truck for a PA to PA move. There were some small issues that came up but Jessica made sure this was taken care of before we even got there to pick up the truck. She also helped change the drop off location to better suit our needs. Super convenient location.

Chris and Jessi were very helpful getting me setup and ready to hit the road! Moving can be a stressful time and they could not have made it any easuer for me.

Quick in and out both picking up and returning the rental van. The woman that rented us the vehicle was knowledgeable and quick and thorough. Also courteous.

Very fast and courteous service the employees knew what they were doing got us in and out in a Timely fashion with a very fair price with definite go back to this place again.

The place is huge, clean, and very nice to go to. I reserved a truck online, so I received my keys as soon as I got there. The problem I had returning the car by mobile. I couldn't complete my return, bc the website would not accept my photos of the truck. I ended up calling Customer support and they helped me return my rental.

We had a rough start to our moving day, but thankfully Calvin, Blake, and Christine were very nice and helpful. Me and my fiancé felt respected, which is rare in terms of rental companies treatment of customers.

The staff at West View UHaul were phenomenal. They were friendly and went above and beyond to take care of us.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Blake & Nick gave us great customer service and even offered us cash for their soda machine when we only had card! The uhaul rental was great as well with no problems. Was a very easy process, thank you!

Moving is so stressful! Luckily the ladies that took care of my truck return were amazing - I was running late and they were able to accommodate (which calmed me down). As soon as we arrived they proceeded to wipe down/disinfect the entire vehicle! Hard to find this kind of service these days! Highly recommend this location.

Calvin truly was a great help, when I needed a bike rack and bike hitch for my vehicle. He did a price check as well as locations of where I could get one put on my vehicle. Thank you Calvin for your kind and courtesy service.

Not to mention, they gave me such a great deal when I had to drive almost 500 miles to get stuff out a storage unit across the state. Bradley and Rick definitely have your best interest at heart, and made sure I got the best deal possible. The vehicles are always clean and comfortable. I have had no issues renting from here numerous times and love that it’s a one stop shop for all moving needs, I got all my boxes and packing material here too. I have rented a truck from western Ave b4 but this time I just needed boxes & bubble wrap. I have no complaints about this place. Great service. Blake was a big help. Found everything I needed. (Including mattress cover.) He even carried it all to my car, Thanks. Bonus... they buy back boxes I don't use.😁

This facility is amazing!! Customer service is top-notch...they really go above and beyond to make load in as easy and stress free as possible. The facility is extremely well maintained and clean and has awesome security in place - we feel very comfortable leaving our belongings here. I am brand new to Pittsburgh and have returned several trailers to this location I’d rented in Indianapolis and drove to Pittsburgh and I cannot compliment the staff enough. They were very friendly, professional, and efficient getting you in/out in a quick manner. I highly recommend the North Shore U-Haul location for truck/trailer or storage unit rentals. I would like to acknowledge the professionalism and courtesy of two employees that I encountered when I unexpectedly needed to rent a U-Haul yesterday. I was 60 miles from home, and had purchased a sofa which was being stored at this location. I needed to take it to my home in Indiana, Pa.
Being aware that everything is reserved during this time of the year, especially at the start of a new month, I knew that the potential of getting a truck would be slight. Blake D. and Rich K. jointly went above and beyond to locate a vehicle for me. They did this while a third party (i.e. the sofa's seller) was complicating matters with their utter lack of understanding of U-Haul procedures.
During this 30 minute "ordeal," these two young men maintained a positive and cordial attitude, and in the end were able to accomplish the seemingly impossible - a truck for my needs.
Both Blake and Rich did an outstanding job representing U-Haul, and their value as employees cannot be overstated. Thank you again Blake and Rich K.

No improvements necessary! This U-Haul location provided the absolute best customer service experience I have ever had renting equipment! They took time helping me to understand the contract and all of the unnecessary fees to avoid! Rental and return was so easy precisely because the staff at this location are kind, knowledgeable, and shockingly sympathetic to the customers needs!
