She did my wedding! She met me at my budget and I was floored with the outcome. The arrangements were absolutely stunning!!! And the service/process was seamless. I always recommend this florist.

I ordered birthday flowers for my grandmother and the arrangement was more gorgeous than I could have imagined! Not only that, the delivery driver took time to call me and make sure someone would be home to receive them as snow was in the forecast. Great quality and customer service. Thank you! I absolutely will order from The Botanical Emporium again ☺☺

Elizabeth went out of her way to make a delivery to the hospital happen for me ! I live out of town, I had called several places to no avail before I tried this shop!! I'm glad for the random shot in the dark! I got a one of a kind gift!!!!!

I called Sunday morning for delivery later the same day, and was fortunate to speak with Elizabeth, who I believe is the owner.

I explained what the flowers/plant arrangement was for and how much I wanted to spend. What the recipient received was absolutely beyond my imagination. I have never been more impressed, and I’d like Elizabeth to know that my recipient LOVED her arrangement. Even her husband, who has the green thumb in the family, was even taken aback.

Did an AMAZING job at my wedding. Extremely friendly (she loved to talk about flying, which I found out when she saw the Oshkosh hat my now father-in-law gave me). She has a bit of an odd personality, but if you can get past that, she is an absolutely amazing florist. I can easily see people getting frustrated in the process leading up to the wedding, but really what matters is the day of the wedding, and Elizabeth really pulled through. We had a bunch of flowers that were delivered exactly as promised, and even had pew bulbs (I think that's what they're called?) for the church. Returning the vases the next day was extremely easy and everything worked out smoothly. Not a single thing went wrong, and I can't believe how easy this part of the wedding was for us. The only issue we had was when a guest accidentally took home one of the center-pieces, thinking they were up for grabs (my wife told me this is a tradition at many weddings where she's from), but the florist was extremely professional about it, and didn't worry about it at all when the centerpiece was returned the next week. Zero stress.

Also, it's worth going to this place if for nothing more than to hear that bird make bomb noises (long descending whistle, followed by a loud "pkkkk" from the bird). Somebody get that thing on America's Got Talent.

The Botanical Emporium was the florist at my daughter's wedding and they were fabulous. Elizabeth gave us many useful ideas and her advice was spot on. We had it in the Phipps Botanical Garden and the flowers made the venue look magical. The wedding was a fusion of two different cultures and Elizabeth helped us to strike the absolute right balance.

I have gone to a few other florists, but this one was by far the best and most fantastic, and easily the one with the biggest inventory. The staff was amazing and friendly and helped me out immensely when I was trying to create a unique bouquet (on a budget, too, no one is made of money). They answered all my questions, and designed a piece so spectacular I’m sure my girlfriend will love it. It’s literally a work of art. Never before have I seen an arrangement such as this. If I could give this place 6 stars I would.

Elizabeth, the owner, is nothing short of amazing! She is so kind and warm hearted. When I approached her with a sticky situation she was so sweet and understanding. She made light on the situation and really made me feel better than I did walking in! From now on I will only be using The Botanical Emporium Florist for any of my floral needs!

I ordered flowers this morning around 9:00 a.m . A beautiful basket of flowers was delivered to my son and daughter-in-law at their new home two hours later. I was very impressed with the professionalism of the employee who took my phone order as well as the quality of the flowers and speed at which they were delivered! Thanks so much:)

I found them on Google on my way home from work. I wanted a special bouquet for my wife's birthday. I don't know the first thing about flowers, like most men assumedly. They absolutely delivered a stunning mixture that you wouldn't find in any normal flower shop. They also tied in seasonal colors for an extra pop.

I had a higher price point because you can't put a price on a happy wife 😂. But If you could mine was $100. 😘.

Being that I am difficult person to do business with it's hard for me to understand how anyone has given this business a negative review,but everyone does have bad days.
I have been doing business here for about half everyof my life.Every time I have been here I have never walked out disappointed with my purchase.The flowers are fresh, colorful and smell wonderful.The staff always worked with me making sure I get the exact arrangements.To be honest this is one of the few businesses in Pittsburgh I can't say anything bad about,being it the staff or product they are supplying.

I had an urgent request for a floral arrangement for a funeral. The staff was incredibly responsive and delivered a beautiful arrangement. I cannot thank them enough for helping provide some warmth during a difficult time.
