Moonbeam Café

Moonbeam is our absolute favorite spot in town! Their lattes & coffee are consistently delicious. Every month, they introduce fun and creative specials that we always have to try. I can't resist grabbing a blueberry scone every time I'm in there – they are simply the best and my husband is a big fan of their biscotti, which pairs perfectly with his coffee.

What truly sets Moonbeam apart is the incredible staff. The owner and baristas are so warm and welcoming, always treating us like family. Our dogs are also big fans; they know that a trip to Moonbeam means a special pup cup just for them. It's so nice to visit a place where everyone, including our furry friends, feels at home. Highly recommend!

Nice coffee place in Oakmont. Opened in 2019, and glad to see them still open after the pandemic wrecked havoc on small businesses.
The owners are great! No, didn't meet them, but the fact that they display products by other small businesses and locals to sell in their coffee hosue speak of the owners' personality. Visit and patronize this Pittsburgh place of community.

What a great coffee shop! I'm a coffee snob and this place doesn't disappoint! Anytime I stop in its a pleasant experience and the place has a very calming vibe. My drink is always on point too. I don't get to stop as often as I'd like but every chance I get I'm there.

Moonbeam Cafe is such a gem to the Oakmont & Pittsburgh area. Nina & her baristas serve the most delicious coffees & each month, they feature new coffee creations & exciting flavors. These photos are of their churro-inspired latte special for July - it’s almost too pretty to drink! I’ve always appreciated the consistency & presentation of my coffee, but there is even more to love! You can shop for mindfully sourced jewelry, bath scrubs, handmade cards, & so much more! Moonbeam also host markets on Saturdays where small businesses can set up shop & sell their products. I’m so thankful for the environment Nina has created in her shop. No matter what kind of day I’m having, I always leave Moonbeam with coffee in hand, feeling confident that I can accomplish the rest of my day! If you are looking to get your next cup of coffee from here, know you will not be disappointed & you will keep coming back for more.

I love Moonbeam! I was lucky enough to visit on their soft opening where I was greeted by so many friendly faces and smiles!! I love the idea of a cafe + boutique and it is exactly what Oakmont was missing. It is walking distance from my house too which is even better! Great customer service and great coffee! :)

Me and my sister come here every Sunday now for coffee and there is a reason...its definitely the best coffee shop in Oakmont! The atmosphere is calm and relaxing and the staff is great!

This little cafe is amazing! I came in the escape motel coffee and my sleeping boyfriend, it was so cozy and friendly that I hung around for like an hour and a half. If I wasn't visiting from out of town, I would be there everyday. The coffee is wonderful, they use locally roasted and ethically sourced beans, have tasty specials, but the barista will make whatever you want. It's got great local vibes, there's a few crafts on sale and they had an artist/tarot reader setting up. The barista, Brooke, was so helpful and chill, I was looking to try something new and she had the perfect suggestion. I watched as she worked with the other customers that came in and with 90% of them she knew their names and what kind of drinks they liked. Would rate higher if I could.

The owner was super friendly and was the one that made my drink. I had one of the scones while I was there too - jam-packed with flavor! Would recommend stopping by this low-key cafe/boutique when you're in town!

Awesome coffee shop! Their specialty drinks are great and they always seem to have new ones. Favorite place to go in Oakmont and surrounding areas.

Truly all the good vibes here. Not only are the beverages delicious, but the owner is a wonderful, wonderful human. I felt very welcomed, not overwhelmed by the menu, and sitting in to have my coffee felt comforting and rejuvenating. I loved spending a couple of hours of my Saturday morning here. Very much look forward to coming back.

Such a lovely, peaceful coffee & tea shop!! Between the (real) Italian style espresso drinks, the general ambience, and staff….my soul and tastebuds are very delighted!! DEFINITELY found my new favorite coffee shop - win!

Independent local cafe with a delicious array if coffees and pastries. I had a Mocha latte which was energizing and delicious. I met a friend there and it was a welcoming and warm environment.

Visited today for the first time. From being greeted by the owner, to listening to the sounds of the music overheard, it was a relaxing atmosphere, from the moment I walked in the door. The mint mocha drink I ordered was, honestly, the best I've ever had. Each flavor complimented each other; creating a balance that was amazing to taste.
This was a positive experience and worth the visit. More people need to frequent Moonbeam Cafe.

Moonbeam Café is truly magical. Nina has such a warm heart and welcomes all who walk into her shop. I tried the “Got Munchies?” iced latte from the April menu and it was delish! Will definitely be visiting again soon. 💖

Honestly some of the best coffee I've ever had. Though it's a little more expensive then I'm used to the atmosphere, the people, and that amazingly smooth coffee that always perks me up is totally worth it. Love adding CBD to my drinks and highly recommend the lavender vanilla syrup. So happy to have such a great spot to grab a great cuo of coffee after work.

Yum, yum and more yum! Oakmont has been waiting for this coffee shop for years and Nina definitely delivers. She has introduced me to so many new and delicious coffee drinks. Ask her for a recommendation and she won't let you down. My new favorite indulgence when I am in the mood for tea and not coffee is a Lavender Chai! Oh my!! Enjoy!
