Patti was wonderful from the planning process to the wedding to the freeze drying. She was very helpful when making our selections and gave her honest opinion on what flowers would hold up well for our late June wedding. I loved working with her and even when I panicked that my bridesmaid dresses were a different color than I thought, Patti assured me my flowers would still match but would absolutely change the colors if that made me feel better. I had a lot of questions and she always responded promptly and politely. Such a great experience!!

I've hired Patti almost a year ago for my upcoming wedding this October. After reading some of the reviews posted, I feel the need to give others my opinion on the quality of her work and the caliber of her service. My wedding is not until a month from now, but since I've hired her on my fiancé has worked with her on my anniversary bouquet, as well as my bridal shower flowers. The flowers were fresh and gorgeous! Vibrant in color. The arrangements were beautiful, classy, and to point out - very sturdy. Patti has been very accommodating, professional, and knowledgable in her field. Quick to respond to my emails and messages, and that's if I don't already catch on her on the phone. She's very available for her customers.

If you are the type of patron to just want your florist to do what you want her to do even though you have no idea what you're talking about, then go to your nearest grocery store for your flowers. Otherwise, if you want your arrangements to look elegant and stunning, I highly recommend Muetzel's.

12/7/2018- Wanted to review Patti's work for my wedding. I can't say enough nice things! My flowers were absolutely stunning! From my centerpieces to decorations to my handheld bouquet, everything is a 10! I wish I could post photos to do it justice. My guests were commenting on how beautiful my flowers were and how they'd never seen blooms so big! you won't be disappointed!

Patti did a great job, I ordered a wrist bouquet and corsage for my sons homecoming. Went in this morning to pick them up and Both turned out very very nice. Had my daughters with me and she gave them balloons so that made their day. I will definitely continue to do business here!! Great customer experience.

Ordered a bouquet for a friend’s birthday totally blind by phone after having read the superb reviews and was STILL blown away when she shared pictures with me of the beautiful final product that was delivered to her. I've patronized Muetzel's most of my adult life! Mostly when they we're located in the West End of Pittsburgh! Today was the second time, since they've moved to Robinson Township, their new location! Patti was very accommodating and patient (I tend to talk a bit) but I was VERY pleased with the arrangement! Thank You Patti!

My mother in aw purchased a bouquet for my daughters for her graduation. The bouquet lasted 2 weeks. The flowers died so nicely we are hanging then to dry so we can press some and put the rest in her graduation box. We were very impressed!!
