Darlene's work is amazing. She helped us pick our wedding flower arrangements all over the phone due to us being out of town. She listened to our preferences and worked around our budget. Her work is beautiful, the picture doesn't do it justice. Definitely recommend Eiseltown Flowers for your next floral needs.

Though it was a sad occasion (my grandmother’s funeral), Darlene with Eiseltown Flowers had made it the most wonderful and pleasant experience. She and her staff put together the most beautiful arrangement of flowers. My family & I was extremely pleased with the service and selections provided. The arrangement was more beautiful than I pictured. My experience with Darlene was very personable and I will highly recommend their shop.

Darlene is such a nice and talented person. She works within the client's budget and makes sure you have beautiful floral arrangements.

I want to share a very positive experience I had with Eiseltown Flowers & Gifts. I contacted them on short notice to request a sympathy arrangement of both plants and flowers and for it to also be delivered to the family’s home. Darlene was extremely accommodating and patient while providing me with various options and suggestions for the arrangement. I could not have been more pleased with how exquisite it looked after seeing a picture the family sent me. Darlene went above and beyond my expectations and provided exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

If I could give her 10 stars, I would. I ordered a white flower arrangement but Darlene called me because she didn't have the white roses at the time. I told her it was okay to use a different color. I was disappointed but wanted the flowers to be delivered that day to my sister who was going through some tough times in the hospital. To my surprise when my sister sent a picture of the flowers they were beautiful with white roses. I found out after calling to thank Darlene that she was able to work with a fellow florist and she made the most beautiful arrangement. She went out of her way to exceed my expectations. Little did I know white roses were my sisters favorite and she looked as a sign that things were going to turn out OK, which meant so much to me. Thank you Darlene for your kindness. ❤

I have ordered for multiple occasions from Darlene and each and every time she has never ceased to surpass my expectations. People I have sent her arrangements to have commented on how beautiful their flowers are and asked where I purchased them. Darlene has a great ability to listen to what I would like, and then meet or exceed my requests. Eiseltown Flowers and Gifts is my go-to florist now!!

I am not a Pittsburgher, but came to town for a business function that required a specific floral request that was definitely a challenge to fulfill. I spoke with the owner about my needs, and she couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. She delivered my flowers to my hotel, and they were perfect! She even called to ensure they were received.

If I lived here, Eiseltown would be my “go to” florist. It was a terrific experience and I highly recommend.
