Guardian Storage Shadyside

I had a great experience at Guardian. All the staff are extremely accommodating and helpful. Ray made my move 10x easier by helping me move all my items from the unit into the truck. The unit was clean and easy to access. This place was great. I would highly recommend.

The staff was always very help. When my wife and I needed to downsize our unit they were very helpful with accommodating to what we needed. Even when we needed to use the van to move stuff into the our unit, they were very help with getting us setup very quickly. If you are looking to get a unit here to store your belongings, I would definitely recommend the Guardian Storage of Shadyside.

We had items stored at Guardian Shadyside for 3 years. They provided fantastic customer service as we switched units, and moved in and out multiple times! Ray is the absolute best and his assistance is top-notch!

I rented a storage unit for the summer to store my boxes. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly nice! Ashley helped me find the perfect unit, and Ray and Matt were extremely helpful when I moved items out for FedEx pickup. Highly recommend!

This is an amazing place for storage! Have the best in class facilities to load, unload and store stuff. The freight elevator is massive and the free moving truck w the lease is a solid perk. Management is very friendly and specially shoutout to Matt for being super resourceful and accommodating. Anyone in the Burgh area needing storage space should check em out!

Great experience at Guardian Storage Shadyside. We needed a larger storage locker than expected and they were very accommodating. The moving truck was also a great perk. Reasonable prices for everything too. Would highly recommend!

The employees at Centre Ave in Shady side are outstanding in many ways. They were professional and friendly but most importantly very helpful to me when I needed help the most. I will always have pleasant memories of all of them. Ashley was a light in darkness !!! Thank you all for being there.

We used Guardian Storage Shadyside for about 3 months after moving from out of state.

I would absolutely recommend them if you are in need of storage. The staff there are incredibly helpful and professional - from Day 1 I knew I was in good hands with them. The facility is immaculate - there was plenty of room in the cargo bay for a moving truck to park/unload, and the elevator system made loading/unloading a breeze. Additionally, they had a separate moving truck/van I could use to transport things out of storage at no additional cost.

If I'm ever in need of a storage service again, Guardian Storage Shadyside is the only place I'll go.

I have had a great experience at Guardian Shadyside. Everything from move in to getting my free truck has been super seamless and they have deals all the time, I got two months half off as well. The staff is super friendly and helpful and I was really greatful that they are open late one weekday and that they are open at all on the weekends, it has been so helpful with my move. The shadyside location is also super convenient! Would recommend them to anyone I know who needs storage!

All employees were friendly and helpful. My stay was short, but very secure, top notch, clean, state of the art facility. Also, wheelchair accessible and restroom nearby on my floor. Allentown Airport Rd location not Pittsburgh

These storage units are in a great location with ample space and a massive freight elevator. Matt at the office was super helpful!

I have never had such a positive experience with any service provider before! All the staff is incredibly friendly. Matthew was extremely accommodating and understanding to our move in situation. He made getting a unit simple, quick, and painless. Ray helped us move items across the street to our apartment building, holding the elevator and helping us load up carts. So glad I got a unit here!

Staff and accommodations were great, no issues with either. Unfortunately moving south caused me to vacate. I Would definatly recommend and if ever returning to the area they would be the facility I would come to. Thank you for the great staff and facility. Thumbs up to you all.

Ray is a gem! He went above and beyond to help us and our moving team empty our storage unit. Honestly, he made our move a pleasant experience, something most people don’t experience when packing and unpacking. Highly recommend Guardian storage and Rays exceptional service is in large part why we would use them again!
