Sacred Heart of Jesus Store

My husband and I visited this store and couldn't have left more satisfied. The ladies were wonderful and the treasures we found were just as wonderful. We will definitely be taking another trip back. Thank you for the wonderful experience and also for the prayers ladies.❤🙏

A wonderful little shop, with plenty of great items to look at. Books, rosary beads, nativity sets, and other items are all available here. Very friendly service, highly recommend.

This humble gem of a religious store is run by two religious sisters. You can find all manner of new and antique religious books, statues and images at a better price than most places. Holy cards and medals of all kinds! Well worth a stop.

Such a deeply meaningful yet super fun visit with the Sisters. The place is jam packed with all kinds of books and statues and Catholic iconography. They know EVERY saint and have a medal to prove it! Lotsa love in that place. I’ll definitely go again.

Books, paintings, statues, rosary, prayer cards, you name it! It was my first time in the store and it will not be the last! I spent almost 2 hours in the store and did not get through everything! The store is cash only and there is an ATM in a restaurant/bar down the street.

This is the best catholic store I've visited in a long time. The ladies that run the store are super wholesome and make the experience so much more enjoyable. I could spend hours there looking at their collection of books

The store and everyone that works there is wonderful! My daughter lost an angel pin that was helping her through a tough time. They brought out a tray of angels pins and wouldn't you know the exact angel pin was on the tray!

Super nice store. The women who were running the store were very helpful and knew a lot about everything there, as well as religious places around Pittsburgh. Whenever I get my own classroom one day, I'll come back to get a bigger Mary statue for it!

I love chatting with the ladies as I stumbled across this beautiful store!! I have a massive collection of religious items but knew I would find something special to take back to Erie with me!!! And I did I purchased a beautiful statue high up on the shelf.
I can’t wait to return someday again in hopes to purchase the large Saint Teresa by the window!! She’s fabulous.

Great store but what will get me to come back is the wonderful staff. The owner was wonderful to talk to. The sister was flowing with love for the Lord. Please stop in to buy gifts. Even if you do not find what you are looking for you will leave with a big smile seeing the love that is poured into the store and the Lord.

Favorite bookstore ever. The nuns are the absolute best and I could spend all day there easily. It's always difficult to limit myself to a few things (they have so many books/paintings/holy cards/icons/statues/rosaries/keychain medallions etc). If you are looking for a book or icon but not sure what this is the place to go, and if you are looking for something more specific just ask the nuns! Be sure to bring cash!!

The Sacred Heart of Jesus Store is a gem buried in the Bloomfield neighborhood of Pittsburgh. They have books on almost every Catholic topic imaginable. The store itself is a bit cluttered—each row of books is two deep and the bottom row is covered by photos and prints that are themselves, several rows deep. They have beautiful statues and dozens of crucifixes. The majority of what I browsed were the books, most of which seemed reasonably priced. I did not see prices for statues, but some paintings and prints ran from $10 to $150 for a Sacred and Immaculate Hearts set.

All in all, a must see. I could only spend twenty minutes in the store, but I’d budget an 45 minutes to an 1 hour to look around. Also, bring cash! Cash is better for small businesses than our plastic.

This store is such a wonderful place to go. The ladies are truly a blessing to talk to. The amount of items to look at and buy is incredible! It's a real community place with real people. I love it and love brining people there for the first time.

This place is absolutely amazing, so much stuff here you could stay for hours and not even realize it. The ladies that run the store are so kind and make your time at the store such a great experience. Just watch your step and don't lose your balance like I did.

The ladies that run this place are wonderful! They are so very helpful! It's one of the few places you feel very comfortable with your spirituality. They ask you to put your name in their prayer book. If you are looking for anything, they can guide you to it.
