Great quality and price, and very responsive. We just added a beardie to our family and this is a great local source for feeders. Nate gave me thorough instructions for maintenance until feedings.

I was actually in Pittsburgh for the weekend and wanted to just pick them up but was unable due to them being closed per their Google listing. Late Saturday night I placed an order online & went with the faster shipping since I would need them shipped to my place of employment due to having to pick them up. I work an hour from home so if they arrive on the weekend it poses a real problem for me. Tuesday afternoon I sent an email to inquire about my order. Wednesday I called both the number from their website & FB, to get "no voice mailbox setup" multiple times. Looks like based on other reviews both here & on Facebook that I'll be opening a claim with PayPal.

Extreamly unhappy placed an prefer 5 months ago have received no product or refund horrible customer service please do not waste your money
