U-Haul Moving & Storage of North Pittsburgh

Had to get a trailer at the very last minute. Blake was great helping me out and getting me hooked up even though it was a few minutes after close. Would definitely come back here to rent again.

I had a hitch installed on my vehicle at this U-Haul. It was a good experience. Mike the installer did a great job. It took about 45 minutes total from the time I go there until I left. It gave me time to walk about 3 miles.

I've rented multiple trucks and trailers from this place and they have been outstanding each time. My guy Blake was there 2 out of my 3 recent rentals. He made sure I had enough miles to get where I was going as well as making sure I had everything I needed. Blake: I appreciate your help and dedication!

These folks deserve more than 5 stars as they went over and above the standard for excellent customer service. I had a problem with installing a hitch for my new car that they found a solution for and worked patiently to install. Special shout out to Dave and Christian who worked so hard to get the job done and who were so kind throughout.

The Westview U-Haul center is by far the best in Pittsburgh !!! The super awesome managers and staff always make sure the customer is taken care of and get everything they need for the project at hand they also have well maintained storage facilities around great experience I'll go a few extra miles too get too this location thank you guys so much

This location has one unique staff by far the best group I have ever worked with. I have been a frequent Uhaul customer for over 10 years and this crew lead by Christian. I can always count on them, their customer service is unmatched!

Best place in town to get a Uhaul. They have nice easy parking and plenty of trucks and great staff.

We had the absolute best experience at this Uhaul location. The staff were patient and friendly, answered all our questions and were very helpful. We even brought our van back just before closing time and there were no complaints, just great service! I will definitely use this location again.

Patrick checked me in and got me on my way. He was very friendly and I was out the door in less than 10 minutes. This is my 2nd time using this location and I'll continue to use it for future moves as they're 2 for 2 in terms of excellent customer service and being friendly/accommodating. It's a very large, well-maintained location that's great for parking your own vehicles while you use the truck. Returning the truck after hours was also easy via the UHaul website. Thanks for the great service!

Best Uhaul location in Pittsburgh!!
I've got a storage unit, ubox and have had truck rentals from this uhaul location. I was so impressed with this storage facility. Store and storage units are very clean and its well stocked with anything you may need for your move. They offer drive-in, indoor loading and unloading for your unit. Amazing!! Especially great for winter/rainy weather. I was even more impressed with the staff at this location!! Every employee is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable, I've always been treated very respectfully. The Manager, Christian ... went out of his way to help me with some towing issues I had with my vehicle and ubox. I'm so grateful for him and every employee that helped me, they took away a ton of worry and stress associated with this issue. It's unfortunate we will be leaving this location due to an out of state move. I would not hesitate to use this location again if we ever needed uahul services in Pittsburgh, or supplies in the future.

My electric hookup was a bit "clogged."

He got a paperclip, got on the ground and cleaned out the connection. After his "first aid" intervention, everything was great.

Just had a great experience getting my hitch installed. Everything was smooth. Everyone was nice and the whole thing was organzied. My hitch looks great. They explained that i can go anywhere with an issue. My appointment was at 8. It was done by ten.😊

Staff is polite and knowledgeable. They take the time to help and understand the customer needs. Schedule a hitch installation and the work was completed professionally without any issues. Highly Recommend.

This place is HUGE. Lots of vehicles and storage units available. The one we rented was clean and comfortable.
