AMAZING! Apolinar Roofing exceeded all of my expectations. Cathy and Shark stayed at my house on the day of the estimation until dark showing me samples and explaining what I was missing on my roof as well as how they would fix it. Shark literally crawled up the very narrow side of my roof to inspect it. I knew I had a small hole up there where shingles were missing and he patched it up at no charge. Even if we decided not to use him for a new roof he gave me a free patch. This company is simply amazing and my new roof is beautiful and expertly installed. Our decking was not in good shape and although we're paying more for the installation of new wood, the proof of the awful condition of our roof lies in the 308 photos I received throughout the 3 days that work was being completed. I actually felt like I was on the jobsite while I looked at the pictures while at my own job. Clean up was amazing, the attention detail is outstanding, Oscar and Joe and all of the other employees are amazing and I am very thankful that I found them. I can't express again to anyone reading this review the next level that this company is on. The roof of my house is the thing protecting everything inside. Apolinar will make sure you are well protected. I have 308 photos to prove it.

Apolinar exceeded our expectations! Shark and crew were amazing and took the time to provide a thorough estimate and a high quality repair. They even suggested other improvements that would help our house last longer, and completed unexpected updates at a reasonable cost. Everyone was friendly and very professional. Great experience working with Apolinar roofing and I would highly recommend them. I want even home, Shark (his nick name) came the following day to take care of an urgent matter, to replace a drip edge. When I shared the pictures before his arrival, he gave me a price but when he actually saw the work he cut the price in half. Very honest pricing! He sent me the invoice via email along with before and after pictures and I paid online. One cannot ask for a more seamless process! Thank you again!

I used Apolinar Roofing to replace my old roof. I couldn't be happier. During the initial estimate Shark physically got on the roof and inspected it. Which was more than some other roofing companies did. He was very detailed on what was wrong with my roof and what needed to be done. The day of the install his team arrived and were very professional and courteous. The did the job in one day and it looks great. Shark provided videos and pictures with a drone so I could see how the process was going. I would definitely recommend and use Apolinar Roofing again in the future.

Apolinar is a young company, although they have worked for years in roofing before going out on their own. Shark (owner) is very professional and really knows roofing! Cathy keeps the team on point and the customer updated with many photos of the progress of the job, and is always available to answer any questions. I was impressed with Apolinar on many levels, from estimate to completion. The photo timeline is really helpful, especially when customers are not home or climbing on their roof to inspect the progress. You can see the need for new decking wood, or other issues that are exposed right there in the photos. Most customers of other companies never get to see their original decking before the new underlayment is installed. I appreciated the daily communication via text about the job while I was at work. The worksite was cleaned of debris and nails daily, and on completion not a piece was visible anywhere. The end result was excellent, and I am very pleased with my new roof, gutters, and facia. I feel that Apolinar really goes above and beyond in small ways that mean a lot. I have no doubt that if I have a concern a year or two down the road, they will promptly address it. There’s a reason you will not find any negative reviews of Apolinar in the year they have been in business. They really ARE that good!

Each Apolinar individual was professional, thorough, hard working and responsible. The roof and gutters look great.
I received a detailed estimate based on an inspection of the roof that included photos of the current condition with notes on the work to be done as well as the materials to be used.
The work crew completed my job in 3 days. They were polite, hard working and they cleaned up meticulously every single day. Each day I received photos of the work they had completed.

Apolinar Roofing did a terrific job of replacing long sections of rotted trim around the house and re-pointing areas near the chimney. We had had bees get into the house via gaps in brickwork in an area under the trim so it was important to fix this carefully. The job was done with great care and attention to detail. The areas that were repaired look great. The manager, Shark, pointed out a number of aspects of how they were doing the job that showed the care devoted to getting it right. Shark and his crew were a pleasure to deal with and cleaned up very thoroughly when they were done.

If you read all of Apolinar's reviews you think, "No way... too many 5 stars." However, after having the Apolinar team replace my roof, I can confirm and add to these reviews. They truly did exceed every one of my expectations. From the service and price to their use of quality materials and workmanship, Shark, Cathy, and their team killed it. When they said they'd be somewhere and do something they were and did. Cathy was transparent with everything and in constant touch and even had pictures, before and after, throughout the process. Clean up was immaculate. Never knew they were here. Competitors take notice... THIS is how to run a roofing company.

The team at Apolinar was great to work with. Needed two estimates after finding additional damage on roof, and the estimates were very clear with pictures showing the areas of the roof they would be working on and a detailed breakdown of material costs and labor. The work was done quickly as promised, done professionally with attention to detail, and cleanup after the job was thorough and complete. They allowed me to participate in watching the work being done and were very friendly. I will definitely use Apolinar for future roofing projects when needed. Highly recommended.

A pleasure to deal with from start to finish! Very quick turn around between calling for estimate, to roof inspection to receiving the estimate. Incredibly thorough in explaining everything they were going to do and why. Work started soon after signing contract and was finished in just a few days. They upload pictures as they go along so you can see everything as it happens. The new roof looks amazing and the price paid was extremely reasonable.

We were very happy with our experience with Apoloninar Roofing. We got multiple quotes, and theirs was not only the most competitive but it was also the most transparent. Cathy and Shark explained every cost thoroughly during our meetings and in writing. We had Apolinar Roofing replace our roof, install new gutters and downspouts, replace our fascia and soffit, wrap our windows and install new vinyl siding. We had a lot of work done and really appreciated all of the photo updates throughout the project. The workmanship was excellent, and we were happy with the professionalism of the crew. They also did a thorough job cleaning up after they were done. This is a young company, but you can tell they stand behind their work.
