Guardian Storage Bloomfield

From start to finish this site has been wonderful. Its drive in covered loading area is a must with the Pittsburg weather conditions. The staff is very helpful, return calls promptly and notify you if there are any issues, holiday changes, etc. The facility is clean, dry and no rodent activity. I would never go anywhere else.

I am very happy to provide this review for John who works at the Guardian Storage.

We were supposed to vacate the Storage Unit the day before the Fall Semester started but we couldn't enter the building since we lost the access code. After having spent an hour trying all sorts of codes we drove to the closest Guardian office a few miles away and met John who was about to leave home after closing the office (on a Sunday at 4:00PM).

We explained him the situation. What truly stands out about John is his willingness to go the extra mile (in his personal time) to help a customer in problems. After doing his job, he drove to the Bloomfield Office and patiently waited for us to vacate the unit.

This selfless act of John helped us move out and head back home that evening (instead of staying at a motel overnight and vacate the unit the next day). I really appreciate Guardian Management for having people like John in their team.

I moved out of my storage space here a few months ago after renting a unit from them for more than a year. I can truly say that Matt and all of his staff are amazing, their prices are fair, and the entire building is kept in excellent condition. It is very easy to move in and out: the place has all the different kinds of dollies you might need, and the loading dock is easily accessible. Highly recommended.

Just used Guardian Storage for the first time, and I can say that it was a great experience. I was offered a water after getting inside. The manager helped get my unit set up and made it such an enjoyable experience. From personable conversation to getting my unit leased, all I can say is thank you.

Matthew (Matt) is hands down the best manager of the Bloomfield location. He went ABOVE and BEYOND to work with me and my requests. From informing me about my storage unit, to moving in, the moving truck, coming up with solutions, and getting into my storage unit. He was patient and worked so hard to make sure I was accommodated and I am so grateful to have him work with me through that stressful process. He deserves some recognition for his outstanding costumer service and didn’t complain a single time. Ask for Matt, he will take great care of you! Thank you so much!

I have used this Guardian Storage twice now, and have had phenomenal experiences. The standard expectations have been exceeded: units, dock area, and trucks are clean. The dollies available to transport from the dock to unit are extremely helpful, and the staff have always been exceedingly nice. The prices are reasonable and the free truck rental really puts this storage facility above others. I have had exactly one issue here (with a truck being unavailable for use because of mechanical failures) and they resolved it immediately and fairly. Highly recommend.

Matt at Guardian Storage in Bloomfield made setting up my unit so incredibly easy and honestly, enjoyable. He is extremely helpful and has a wonderful customer service attitude. Accessing our unit is a breeze and the prices are competitive with other storage places in town. Highly recommend, especially Bloomfield, so you get to interact with Matt!

Staff was very friendly, there is a big space in the back of the building where you can park your car for loading or unloading. The process of actually getting my things into the storage was quick and efficient, and the staff were quite flexible as well.

It was a little challenging to set up the reservation in May because the colleges increased demand, but once I did, Matt made everything easy and actually fun. Matt is great to work with and he deserves a raise for managing two very busy facilities.

Good prices, especially for a city with lots of college students and a high demand for rental space. The manager, Matt, did his best to save me as much money as possible. The garage area in the back makes it easy to unload items, without worrying about street parking. I love that there are free carts provided for use as well!

Dustin was amazing helping us. I have never had such amazing service anywhere. He was so kind and personable! You don’t find a lot people like him:)

Very nice storage facility. The young man,Matt I believe, was very helpful and guided us on our first experience with a storage unit. This place has plenty of carts and a very nice setup for loading and unloading. The entire place was spotless and the few times we were there there was always someone cleaning the place. I was impressed. The w had a unit on the third floor and it actually stayed cool and clean.

From start to finish I have had a 5-star experience with Guardian Storage in Bloomfield.

Guardian Storage is the best choice in the Pittsburgh area! I leased a unit from them two years ago when I was moving and knew I wanted to choose them again for my latest move. We worked with Matt at the Bloomfield location, whose service was very thorough, accommodating, and kind. Highly recommend!

The staff was super helpful. They are very good about returning phone calls if busy and are great to talk to over the phone. Staff was also friendly. The storage units are clean. They have big bays and you can back right up to an elevator for the loading carts for easy access. They have multiple loading carts available.

Must bring own lock.

We had excellent experience at this storage facility. Customer service and assistance was fantastic. Tioni - the property manager - was very friendly and helpful. We were picking up our son's college dorm stuff left in Pittsburgh over the summer. Likewise, our son told us that his experience moving his stuff into storage, at the beginning of the summer, was also very positive. The manager allowed him and his "storage-mate" finish moving their things into the facility after hours. Thank you, Tioni!

One of the best customer experience ever. I was very skeptical about storage and was weighing in options of taking the luggage back home till I called this facility and spoke to the property manager Chrissy. It was an extremely easy and hands free experience. Everything was transacted on phone and even a pick-up of the luggage from the Residence hall was totally managed on email. I would recommend this to all parents of any of the Pittsburgh colleges. The price was perfect and service fantastic. Full marks.

I rented a unit for the summer and it was excellent. The staff was very friendly, it was very easy to sign up for a unit. The hours of access were very convenient and the place was very secure. I had no doubts that my stuff was going to be safe. Overall great experience
