The process was great. It took 2 years to get an outside place for my RV, but when an opening arrived, I got right in.

Clean facility, great location.

It's just storage folks.. they do fine but I don't have a lot of expectations..

I'm very satisfied with the climate controlled units I have. Clean, Safe and Easy to Load and Unload.
I would like to see a service added so a client could be notified of any new climate controlled units that will be opening up for rent. It would expedite the turnover of rentals and definitely be appreciated by a long term client like myself.

The experience I had was quite odd. I signed up via the internet, but then I needed to call Red Dot to set up the unit. No one from their firm took the info I provided and called me. Then I was told that if I set up payment for automatic withdrawal, I would get a $10/mo discount. They sent me to their automatic payment center for which that option was not offered. This was not an easy process, and I still have no idea how to set up for automatic payments. I haven't been on site as yet, and hoping the accessing the unit is easier than the set up.

There was already a pool of water inside the unit when I got there, will not be using this company in the future.

DO NOT RENT HERE! I rented and began paying for the unit on October 1st. I was given an access code which did not work on my first attempt to access the unit on the 5th. I had 2 carloads of items to store, but it was outside of customer service hours so I had to take everything back home. I called customer service the next morning and was told the issue had been escalated to IT and it should be addressed and fixed upon my next visit.

I went back to the unit on the 6th and tried my code and it STILL DID NOT WORK. I made sure to attempt to access during customer service hours in case there was a problem. I called customer service and they provided me with a 24hour code and I was able to access the unit. I was told to follow up again the next day to get an update on my original code.

I called on the 7th in the morning and was told there were no updates and to try again in the evening. I called again that night to only be disconnected at least 10 times where I could not reach a person to speak with. I finally got in touch with someone and was told that the issue had been addressed and the on-site supervisor had fixed things and the original code should work. I went to the unit in the evening and tried the code and it STILL DIDNT WORK.

I had to wait til this morning to call customer service who looked up the unit info and said there were no notes In the system about a manager looking into it. I am waiting for a customer service supervisor to call me back. They do not have contact info for the on site manager. How is that possible?

This issue is completely unacceptable. They will not provide me with a new code and I am completely helpless to the incompetency and lack of support while paying good money for the unit. The keypad is beat up. And customer service is weak. No sense of urgency to help me access my unit. Just a bunch of run around. STORE YOUR ITEMS SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Went online for an Internet Quote and they emailed me with a price of 180 a month. No where on email says price subject to change. Increase price next day to 196 a month. Reached out to there support and they do not care. Also gate was wide open when I arrived with no one around on in the facilities. Would not recommend.

I booked a 30ft spot at red dot storage and after 6 weeks of back and forth with customer service, I was finally given an answer about where my spot was located. It was only 24ft and would not fit my vehicle. They were not able to resolve my situation and find me another spot so I ended up having to find a new location to store my vehicle. Customer service was extremely slow to respond with questions (almost a week at a time) and would not even refund a single month of rent for a spot that I could not use. Will not be renting from RedDot storage again.

Signed my contact almost a ago. As of today, my gate code still does not work. Have emailed and called several times, at least weekly, no results. Yet they continue to bill me for a product they aren't providing! 😡
