Please support this amazing small business. I thought I was making a smart decision and bought a diamond online but wanted a small family place to set it and put together the actual ring, turns out that’s a horrible idea. Tim at Werner’s asked me about what I paid and then he ended up finding a diamond with the EXACT SAME specs as I got from B*** N*** for HALF THE PRICE. The final product (diamond, ring and setting) price ended up being less than what the original price I had paid for just the diamond from online. Werner’s saved me a ton and were extremely helpful & accommodating throughout the entire process.

Bought an engagement ring from Werner Jewelers and didn't regret a single step of the process. It had to get special made from the company they order from and ended up being late (which is rare for that company). Best jeweler I’ve ever been to! I came in for a repair of a necklace chain and they were extremely accommodating and friendly. They really made me feel comfortable and welcome, and didn’t make me feel like an inconvenience like a lot of other jewelers. Their rates are very reasonable and their service is wonderful. My fiancé and I brought my engagement ring to have sizing beads added to stabilize the ring on my finger. We were short on time with an upcoming trip and most jewelers quoted us two weeks and a higher price point. We spoke to Werner Jewelers and they quoted us 2-3 days and at a very affordable price. We walked in Saturday afternoon and I received a call Monday morning that it was ready. The sizing beads were small and comfortable and perfectly sized. Aside from that, they had cleaned and polished my ring so it looked brand new again. Couldn’t be more pleased with the process and the outcome.

I took a few old and broken gold bracelets my grandmother had gifted my spouse to Werner Jewelers for repair and sizing. With a rapidly approaching neck surgery and my spouse’s birthday, I had little hope of getting the bracelets back in time.
Tim was super knowledgeable and gave me a couple repair options - the long-term solution still being completely affordable and ultimately what I wanted.
I was shocked that in just a few days, not only were the bracelets ready, they were beyond recognition in the very best way. The repairs were expertly done and the bracelets themselves sparkled like new.
I was so impressed that I brought my wedding set in to be soldered with a new band. Again, this was completed in only 2-3 days, the work was beautifully done, and it was super affordable.

I had to write a review about Tim, (A.K.A Jewelry Jesus) at Werner Jewlery, & the exceptional repair work he did on my necklaces. I had a mesh ribbon necklace that was broken & breaking in more than a few spots, & a box chain that needed a simple repair. I had gotten 2 other estimates to fix it, & was told in excess of $600 on the first, and $2000 for the 2nd. I took it to Werner Jewerly as a last hope to get it fixed before it was going to be left as-is in my jewelry box. I walked in and was greeted by Tim, took out my necklaces without much hope of a good outcome, & held my breath for what it would cost & if he could fix it. To my surprise, he quoted me $18.00 on the box chain repair, previously quoted $45 & $75 @ other stores. But the best was when he said he could fix my irreplaceable (to me, family heirloom) mesh ribbon necklace for $135.00, & it would be done in less than a week. Needless to say, I left my necklaces with him, and waited for my call to come pick them up. I left them on Wednesday 5/4, & was called EARLY on Friday 5/6 to pick them up!! When I went in to pick them up, they took them out, instantly I noticed how clean they were. After looking it over, the whole thing looks brand new, all fixed, & he even had cared enough to to fix things that he hadn't even put into the estimate! Pictures are below of my necklaces. If you have the need to purchase, or repair any jewelry, you can get other estimates & waste your time, then go see Jewerly Jesus @ Werner Jewerly I guarantee you will be hard pressed to find another company that is as fair & honest as this one.

Replaced my watch battery in minutes, Fast service and the price was great.

The stone fell out of my (quite new!) engagement ring that was purchased from an online company (as an aside, beware!). Werner Jewelers were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and quick at resetting the stone -- I brought it in on a Thursday and it was finished Saturday morning. Not to mention they were much less expensive than the company that made the ring intended to charge! I can't say enough good things about Werner Jewelers, overall an excellent experience and I will definitely return for any jewelry needs.

Werner repaired my 12 year old engagement ring (from another jeweler) 2 stones had fallen out. The quality is amazing and the ring came back looking better than ever.

After shopping around, Tim was the most reasonable, friendly, and knowledgeable jeweler I had met. He made the entire experience easy and low-pressure, and my fiancé can’t stop looking at her ring. We had the pleasure of having Tim help us with creating my wedding band. We told him our thoughts on what we wanted and he educated us on the stones we were initially interested in. I wanted emeralds initially because of the color, but they really weren’t the right shade. Tim explained how soft they are & how sapphires were a better choice for me. (He has been fixing my jewelry breaks for years and knows I believe in wearing it, not leaving it for special occasions!) He ordered the stones, which were the exact green I wanted but didn’t realize sapphires could be this shade, and was very particular about their quality & matching. We ended up with a gorgeous ring that exceeded our expectations and the experience was phenomenal overall!! I get so many compliments on how gorgeous & unique it is. I always respond that it’s what you get at Werner’s!

Werner Jewelers sells quality jewelry for very reasonable prices and Tim does excellent repair and design work. I purchased a silver chain necklace from Tim two weeks before Christmas for my wife.
