I had a ring I didn’t wear and wanted to have it made into something I would wear. Lisa worked with me in designing this gorgeous pendant. She listened and incorporated my wishes into the design. She’s patient, knowledgeable and talented. Highly recommend!

Lisa was super helpful in agreeing to resize my engagement ring before our wedding. She did it while we waited and it was very affordable. While we waited, we saw her super gorgeous creations in the cases around her shop. She was friendly, helped us out in a bind, and we will definitely keep her in find for future jewelry needs.

I couldn't recommend Lisa more for kind and prompt service. I stopped in without having an appointment and asked Lisa if she could resize my engagement ring. She immediately took my proper ring size and got to work, finishing the resizing in under 10 minutes. She was so kind and took the time to chat with me while she worked. Lisa helped me create a new setting for my grandmother's diamond for an engagement ring. Lisa is extremely knowledgeable and gives fantastic advice from a craftswoman perspective. My fiance receives tons of compliments on her ring. Lisa is very personable, accommodating, and fun to work with. Her service is outstanding, hitting all of her deadlines, readily available, and displaying sincere passion for her work. It was an amazing experience all around and we will be working with Lisa to design the wedding band.

Lisa has made many items for me over the last 20 years, from a medical ID bracelet, a Robot pendant, many other pieces either in silver or gold. She usually gives me several designs (CAD or drawn, depending on the piece) to choose from and I always love the end result. Many years ago, I found some gorgeous tiger eye cabochons and beads that had been worked into an ornate necklace and earrings set where the cabochons were GLUED onto a backing and then crocheted into the pieces - not my style! However the price of $22.50 for all that tiger eye (huge pieces and lots of them) was my style and I just knew Lisa could do something awesome with them. She did and I now have a necklace, earrings and a bracelet that truly are fitting for me and a work of art! We work well together and Lisa has become my friend as well as my trusted jewelry designer.

Most recently, Lisa has remade one of my Mom's opal rings that was set in white gold in a very high setting. I was afraid to wear it and break the opal and liked yellow gold better; it's stunning now, with the diamonds that originally surrounded it set off better by the yellow gold and worked into the band also. Lisa also (w/ my approval) took apart two short necklaces to make one pendant that's stunning and more flattering to me now that I'm older w/ a sagging neck.

In 1995, the Rascals, Rogues, and Rapscallions, a men's club I belong to, hired Lisa Kotchey to design and produce a medal for an annual competition. The club loved the initial design and has gone back to her year after year to get new medals for new winners of the competition. In all of those 27 years of knowing and working with Lisa, I have found her a wonderful combination professional and fun.

I cannot explain how happy I am to have my cherished necklace back where it belongs. After the fine chain snapped off right from the pendent I thought for sure it would never look the same again. Lisa truly worked her magic and it’s as beautiful and flawless as the day I was gifted it. I will definitely be referring friends and family to her in the future, as well as, for all my future jewelry needs. 10/10 would recommend!
