Easily the best bike shop I have ever been to. Connor and the other mechanics went above and beyond to solve a re-occurring brake issue that kept appearing on my bike. Very friendly and prompt service as well. Highly recommend!

Dio and Connor were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable when I brought in the first DuraAce crank recall. It took 8 weeks but they checked with Shimano several times and were great about keeping me updated. Now I have a beautiful new DA crankset! They are having a big sale on bikes, and I have sent a couple friends their way.

I've been looking for a quality bike as an adult wanting to get back into cycling. I rode bikes a lot as kid, but they were department store bikes 15+ years ago so I really didn't know what I needed and was looking for an expert to point me in the right direction on sizing, details of what the differences in bikes/tires/gear, etc. for what I was looking to accomplish.

I did my own research beforehand and landed on the Trek FX as one that seemed like a match and Amber verified that it'd be a great choice. She sized me to the bike, answered TONS of questions I had about bike specs, explained the minute differences between the 2.0 vs 3.0, and recommended a few key accessories. She even let me test ride it in the neighborhood surrounding the store (which as a small-town guy, was...interesting. But very helpful).

All in all, it was exactly what I was looking for in my first "quality bike" shopping experience. 5/5 would recommend!

Seriously one of the best bike shops I have ever been too. The people here are all super nice and their professionalism is unmatched (thinking of you Biketek). I have a few bikes (all not trek bikes) and they are always happy to go out of their way to help out with repairs and parts. You can tell that everyone in the store cares about riding and they offer great trail suggestions. Even if you don’t have a Trek, still come here.

Everyone at Trek Shadyside makes it the best Trek store. My favorite bike was destroyed in a car accident, and the service men at Trek Shadyside went above and beyond to adjust my new bike to my comfort. They are knowledgeable and very patient. They provide superior customer service!

We are very happy with our recent purchase from Trek in Shadyside. Jenny was the best! She was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. She helped my daughter select a bike that was appropriate for her rapidly developing skills. We will definitely be back.

I had a fantastic experience here! I called ahead and they said they could look at my bike that day, so I came in. Dio spent time assessing the issues and explaining things in detail to me, giving me options of service and a quote of costs. I left my bike and they were able to change my cassette and chain in a couple of hours, having my bike ready the same day, and offered suggestions of how to clean the bike to keep it from needing as much service in the future. The entire staff was friendly, helpful and welcomed questions. There is a Starbucks downstairs so I was able to drop my bike off, work remotely and then pick it up after which was very convenient. I highly recommend this shop!

They performed substantial work on my bike and I had it back the next day. I highly recommend Trek Shadyside for all of your bicycle needs.

Fantastic associates! They helped me pick the right bike for me, ordered it and had it ready for me as soon as I walked in. Amber added some accessories for me and she and Zach even put my new bike rack and bike on my car! I would recommend this store 10/10.
