Eagle & The Owl

Went mid-November and we’re glad we did. When we arrived the place was empty- as we were leaving another party entered. We definitely had excellent service & enjoyed our food. The crab dip was our favorite. We can’t wait to go back during ski season!

Great food and atmosphere. Awesome waitress and super fast service. Had a great time and will be back for more.

The food was pretty good and atmosphere was nice: sports bar with some games on at one side and trendy dining experience on the other side. Prices were reasonable.

10 Stars! The customer service here is 2nd to none. Genuinely the nicest staff and servers I have ever experienced in my life! Whatever they are doing here, KEEP IT UP!

We originally we just going to stop in for a drink but after looking at the menu we decided to give it a chance. So glad we did. Had the nachos and each couple split the BBQ Burger and the Pizza special which was pork BBQ, cheese and onion straws. All the food was great! The atmosphere and service was good too!!

I visited this restaurant with a team from work. This was a great experience. I was blown away the by the view of the ski slopes. The food was very high quality and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Great tequilas too :-) I can't wait to come here again.

Really nice. I'm sure it's designed to be an evening hang out for skiers, but I'm extremely impressed with the options and atmosphere.

The food menu is rather extensive, and all I've tasted is delicious. Everything is done right- whether its local fairs like crab cakes or bar food like wings.

20 taps for beer from ALL OVER. Well stocked liquor and bartenders that know their way around the rail. Interesting cocktails that can pique any drinkers interest. Decent wine red and white.

Service is excellent from what I've seen - however I haven't been able to see what it's like when the place is busy in a Friday or Saturday night.

I'd encourage you to give it a shot whether your interested in the attractions associated with Liberty or not. Great place!

After an all day motorcycle ride, enjoying some sights throughout southern park of PA and northern MD. We made our last pit stop of the day at Eagle and the Owl Pub inside of the Liberty Mountain Resort. It is my understanding that this part of the resort was just recently constructed (within the last yr or 2). The inside of the resort looked beautiful. The Pub was very VERY nice. The tables were all spaced apart perfectly so other patrons convos didnt interrupt yours. There were 4 of us. We each got different entrees all of which were AMAZING. Foods I'd recommend trying would be the crab cake sandwich. It was jammed packed w/ crab meat with very little to no filler which you rarely find in restaurants, the Rachel sandwich was so tasty. Such a unique variety of toppings added just the right tangy flavoring. The corn on the cob comes topped with butter, cheese and other herbs and spices was so good & for dessert the mango something creme brulee let me just tell you it changed my life. I got it just because I was curious and let me say it was the best thing my tastebuds have tasted in a long time. Now keep in mind while eating all of these delicious foods you get to look out the full wall of Windows onto the endless beautiful golf course and mountains

Had lunch today. Excellent! We both had roasted red pepper soup and it was very good. I had a salmon BLT. Never had that but it was really good. Our server Nico was attentive and prompt.
Good news we live in area so we can come back frequently. And we will.

Food is good, service is very kind, prices are a little high but it's a Resort in the middle of nowhere, so is worthy.

The lounge/bar is nestled in the Ski Resort and is always so warm and welcoming. The entrance has a beautifully designed foyer with open beams and large stone fireplace. Last night the fireplace was burning and the large relaxing furniture was the perfect place to sit with the cocktail of your choice. We enjoyed appetizers, wine & sorbet while listening to live entertainment in the pub. Usually this is a relaxing area but last night we were visited by a large, noisy wedding party. Unfortunately we could not hear the entertainer very well so we ventured to another venue away from the Ski Resort. We were graciously warned before the wedding party arrived by our server so we were prepared. We enjoyed our meal & music until they arrived. We would definitely return as we enjoy the warmth and hospitality of the staff and the outside fireplace just steps from the pub. If you are looking for a place to relax, this is usually the place to visit. Give it a try!

Wonderful entree and side salad! Great environment and fast service! I had the salmon and it was the best. My husband had the steak and that was also brilliant. Kid friendly or nice for a date night. A must if you’re in the area.

Our first meal here tonight al fresco was simple but sumptuous. Robby's service is warm and welcoming. Smoked wings, cheeseburger and a salad done perfectly! Definitely coming back to try the chop house next!

Great restaurant.

They had buffet breakfast every morning of our stay. (We had vouchers with the hotel)

We had a dinner here and it was top notch. 5 stars

Our seating experience went well but the waiters were confused on who had us and it took a while to sort out, the manager apologized and gave us free deserts which saved them from a lesser rating, I always enjoy seeing how different places handle mistakes and this place did AMAZING!!!

Fantastic Atmosphere, Service was Outstanding, our Mixologist was one of the Best I have ever seen and the food was beyond Amazing.
I will be returning very soon.

Apple, beets, spinach, pecans, spring mix salad with steak on it. Very good.

The food taste really good. The servers were super nice. Try the brisket or the ravioli when you here.

Awesome food... Very friendly staff. The food was great. Everytime we go so far... there will be more visits in the future for sure.
