I couldn’t be more delighted with my experience at Henne! I’m new to Pittsburgh and have been looking for a high end jewelry and luxury watch store. On a referral, I stopped into Henne and met Debbie Nucci. Debbie is an ultimate professional and her years of providing exceptional customer experience was quickly evident. She made my wife and I feel at home and welcoming into the Pittsburgh community. Within 3 weeks Debbie called me to say that a specific watch that I covered was available. I immediately went down to the store and had a great experience purchasing my watch. Needless to say, I will be a customer for life! Thank you Debbie and Henne Jewelers!

We’ve been working with Marla for over a month now to design our 10th anniversary ring. She has been incredibly responsive, kind to us and our children, and thoughtful. In the meantime, she helped us get my original engagement ring resized, polished up and a new breath of life to wear on my other hand. We could not be more pleased with our experience and can’t wait to see the new ring!

We were lucky to have Marla assist with having my wedding ring repaired when I had a missing baguette. I went to Henne to get my engagement ring repaired as I had lost a side diamond and had some damage to my prongs. I worked with Marla who was wonderful and streamlined the process for me as I was getting this repair done through my jewelry insurance policy. This was the first time I was making a claim and it was as smooth as could be thanks to Marla. The repair, itself, came out great!

I would like to applaud Madison Clayborn at Henne Jewelers in Pittsburgh. Madison helped me order a necklace for my sister. She listened carefully to what I wanted and after consultation with the Jewelry designer at Henne, she had the necklace designed. It turned out to be magnificent and exactly what I had in mind. I went in to trade in my wedding band and engagement ring to pick out something special for my new start in life and have a ring that brings new memories when I look at it. Ally was the best! Ally was very informative in showing me all my options and choices. At no time did I feel rushed. Ally was very patient and I came out with an amazing choice that was completely different than I anticipated and I love it!! Thank you, Ally for all guidance and support. After stopping into Henne and being greeted by the very friendly Sydney, I knew I came to the right place. Sydney introduced me to David, who, with the assistance of the watchmaker Paul, sold me my first Grand Seiko! I was shown various watches in the size I preferred and with my lack of knowledge of timepieces they answered all of my difficult questions. I instantly fell in love with the watch. David explained all of its features and Paul helped size it and show me how it functions. I will be back again, Henne is my jeweler for life!

I had an excellent experience working with Juliet Slaby on several custom pieces for my wedding. Juliet took a bunch of old family pieces and had the stones pulled from them for use in the custom pieces. She then worked with me to create a necklace, earrings, and a bangle.

Juliet was helpful, thorough, and extremely patient-- she spent probably a dozen hours with me walking around the store looking for inspiration, talking through different options, and working with her colleagues to make sure that I got exactly what I wanted. The pricing was more than fair, the work was prompt, and I was super pleased with the outcome. I highly recommend Juliet and Henne for custom work!

Recently had my wedding rings re-dipped here. My rings look as good as new. I couldn't be happier with the experience. The staff went above and beyond for me even for such a simple service. I will definitely be returning for future purchases.

I worked with Jennifer Zappa to make an engagement ring for my now fiancé. I cannot overemphasize how amazing Jennifer was throughout the process. She was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and receptive to my thoughts and concerns. She strikes the perfect balance of listening to what you are looking for while also giving you her thoughts and ideas. She was ultimately able to design the perfect custom ring for us based on only a few pictures we had found online. I could not recommend Henne Jewelers enough for any of your jewelry needs.
