I had her cupcakes at my cousins shower years ago and haven’t stopped ordering since. When I come into pick up, we could spend all day chatting. Alex and her mom always make everything so tasty and beautiful. Way to go girls!!

Alex was absolutely incredible to work with!! She was patient, kind and is incredibly talented!! She answered every email, every question I had and delivered on every detail I asked for. Not only were the cakes even more than I ever could have imagine for my kids birthdays but they both tasted just as delicious as they looked!! Cannot recommend Le Cupcake Shoppe enough!!! The cakes were a hit and I can’t wait to order from Alex again!!

My wife and I have been loyal customers of Le Cupcake Shoppe for several years now and have always been thoroughly impressed. So often with bakeries you get either a great tasting product or something visually impressive, but Alex and her mother are the total package. The cakes, cupcakes and other desserts are consistently the best tasting we’ve had in Pittsburgh and the artistic creativity is, quite literally, the icing on the cake . Without fail, we are repeatedly asked “Where did you get this?!” whenever our event includes a cake from Le Cupcake Shoppe. Alex is always friendly, responsive, and goes to great lengths to ensure we are happy with our order. I highly recommend them for any occasion big or small!

Le Cupcake Shoppe is absolutely amazing. From the taste and appearance of the desserts to the friendly and attentive customer service. I have had two recent orders- first a bridal shower that I ordered a cake, mini cupcakes, and mini donuts. There was a variety of flavors to choose from and on the day of the shower there were so many compliments for how beautiful the desserts were and how delicious everything tasted. The second order was a cake for my baby shower- again, an absolutely beautiful cake and the flavor was vanilla bean with lemon buttercream icing. When picking up both orders, Alex helped us out to the car with everything to make sure it would be transported safely. Alex has taken my ideas for both occasions and brought them to life even better than I could imagine. She is absolutely amazing at what she does. We communicated mainly through email throughout the process with attentive responses from her. If you plan to order from this business, keep in mind that is run by two people and allow time for responses especially during the busy holiday season! For my first order it was around Valentines Day and I did not get a response for a few days, I followed up after the busy holiday weekend and got an immediate response. I look forward to future orders from Le Cupcake Shoppe!

Alex was so great to work with! We had mini cupcakes, donut cakes and cake pops! All were beautifully decorated and so creative! Will definitely be our “go-to” bakery for specialty items!

I ordered a bunch of desserts for my daughter's first birthday party from Le Cupcake. I have ordered the minis before and decided this was the best place for my daughter's special day. I ordered a custom donut, drip cake, mini cupcakes, and cake pops. Everything was DELICIOUS! Let me start by saying that Alex is a joy to work with-she is attentive, kind, and talented. I sent her ideas for my daughter's order and she made all of my dreams come true! Not only is she talented, but she is a person, a mom, a strong woman, a gem...she takes pride in her work and it's all personalized. Not only did she make all of my dreams come true for my daughter's party, but she took the time to get to know my daughter while I picked up my order. That speaks volumes to her customer service. I had the honor of meeting her mom as well...she is lovely and talented and sweet.I love their bond and their concept.
