Guardian Storage Robinson

I had a great experience with Guardian Storage Robinson. I felt everything was clean, safe, secure, and exceedingly convenient. Leasing and vacating the unit was also very easy.

The property manager, Prescott, is polite and stayed 30 minutes after the office closed to help me one time.

This is such a nice company and my experience with the Coraopolis location was especially positive. It’s always clean and well-lit and the staff are always friendly and very helpful. I had my unit for about 3 years and while there are price increases, they are small and infrequent (about $10 a year) compared to any other storage facility I have used. I recently cleared mine out due to a death in the family and a change in life circumstances and Prescott who often encountered me clearing out my unit was always extremely friendly and encouraging and offered alternatives for my situation should I need them. If I ever have to store anything again, I will use this facility.

We have had a great experience at this facility. The unit and facility are super clean and Prescott has been very kind and helpful during a stressful time. He even held a unit for us when I was afraid we would exceed our existing space. I highly recommend Guardian for your storage needs.

Excellent space and excellent customer service! I’ve stored at a couple Guardian storages (Seven Fields and Bethel Park), and I enjoy this location the best. Hope was extremely personable and informative, and while I usually dread interacting with people in general (lol), Hope made the overall experience really enjoyable. I will be a Guardian customer for life! Thank you for the great set-up experience!

The process was explained clearly and the rental handled promptly and efficiently by Prescott, the Property Manager, including using my homeowners higher coverage for personal property than the maximum offered by Guardian.

I love this storage facility. I had the pleasure of working with Trish Sullivan who went above and beyond my expectations for customer service and quickly helped me with all my storage needs. Facility is clean, quiet. And safe. I highly recommend this storage unit in the area.

Trish has been invaluable and worked with me through thick and thin. I’ve really appreciated the excellent customer service and the regular communication especially as a Truck driver. 2 out of the 5 years here I was over the road and it was great to not have to worry about starting over after I “ did my time” to build my career.

I can’t say enough good things about our experience at the Robinson location. The manager was amazing. I wish I remembered her name. I was there. With my 87 yr old mother. She was so kind and responsive to her age. She explained everything clearly for her.. The manager had a positive attitude the entire time and was full of information. The facility is clean. The free truck was fantastic and came with a dolly!!

Great staff!! Perfect location!! Plenty of available carts, dollies. super clean and well lit inside and out including the rest rooms! And the elevator always was in service which is hard to do with the public in and out all day snd night

From the intake professionals on the phone to the property manager on the ground, the staff are helpful, efficient and kind. They helped me assess what kind of unit would best fit my needs, never once pressuring me into a sale. The facility itself is secure and clean and I'm very happy I went with Guardian for my storage needs.

Guardian was a great place to store my belongings. The only reason that I left was because we are moving to another state. I had to find a unit in the new area and nothing compares to Guardian. I didn't realize how great that I had it until I looked at other facilities. Guardian is always clean and available to enter 24/7 if needed. I felt that my belonging were very safe. The staff was also extremely friendly and went out of their way to be polite and helpful. I forgot to lock my unit (a few times) and received a call quickly to alert me. I highly recommend Guardian for your storage needs. Thanks guys!

We needed a climate-controlled storage unit to store equipment during a break in our band tour. Trish (manager) was very helpful and professional when setting up the account for us remotely. Facility was clean and easy to navigate. Highly recommended if you need storage space in the Pittsburgh area.

My husband and I were in need of a storage unit after we sold our home and downsized to a much smaller home. We have been extremely happy with our decision to store our belongings with Guardian Storage. The facility is very clean, secure, and the process of moving our belongings to an interior unit on the 3rd floor could not have been easier. There are different types of flatbeds moving carts, large elevator, automatic doors, which make the process of moving items into a storage unit easy and efficient. . After a few months, we were able to downsize to a smaller unit. Guardian personnel worked with us once again to accommodate our needs. We have been completely happy with our decision to use Guardian Storage to temporarily store our belongings.
