Would strongly recommend this place! Tons of reptiles and small lovable animals in need of great homes! Sara was VERY helpful. She gave us tons of information about bunnies and answered all of our questions. Not to mention the cat that walks around the shop is adorable and super friendly! Will return! Welcome home Cthulu!

I have adopted hamsters from Sarah twice. She is always very honest about the animals she has available. One of the few rescues that takes in the little ones and the oddball amd finds them loving homes.

Very nice exotic pet rescue and supply store with reasonable prices. I could tell every animal was being well taken care of and I am excited to go back in the future. The woman who helped me, who I am assuming was Sara was very helpful and knowledgeable, and the atmosphere inside the store was very welcoming. Definitely recommend stopping here before a major pet store for supplies and especially for smaller pets.

Sara is so great to deal with. She is very knowledgeable and takes such good care of the animals. She makes sure they are going to good forever homes. I've adopted a snake and tarantulas from her. She was very responsive to messages. Before I took them, she made sure to verify that I had an appropriate enclosure for them. Her shop is very clean and everyone is wearing masks. This shop is a great place to look if you are serious about adopting a small animal. There are cats, snakes, rats, bearded dragons, hamsters... Always something different depending what is brought to her. I wish I could give them all a home. Her prices for dog and cat food are pretty good too. Highly recommended.

The new owner is so attentive and willing to show off the amazing things that she has done with this store in such a short time period! I feel like this store is just going to keep getting better in her hands. You can tell that she truly cares about this business and the animals. I completely fell in love with the rosy boa that she has! This has always been a monthly stop for me to get crickets for my tarantula, and I will actually enjoy coming here now! Awesome job.

Stopped here for the first time yesterday. Enjoyed Sara's store very much. She's personable and very knowledgeable. It was much nicer visiting a small, local business compared to the the major chain pet stores. We'll be back!

Wonderful independent old-school business. Owner has a unique personality but I found him to be pleasant and interesting. He knows what he's talking about, unlike the various chain stores where I received misinformation. Our new gerbil is healthy and happy and we will be buying all of our supplies from this spot. So happy to have found an authentic pet store.

Love this place! I always get my crickets there and peep the plants while I'm waiting. They have a bunch of rescued reptiles, some with sad backstories, so it's delightful to see them in such great condition and taken care of so well by Sarah. I'll definitely rescue my next reptile from her!

This place has such potential! The new owner, Sara has made so many improvements already and has big plans for the future. When talking to her it’s clear the health and happiness of her animals are VERY important! She’s committed to acquiring her animals(fuzzy or scaley) from loving breeders so she can provide her customers with quality animals. Can’t wait to go back and see what’s new!

Today I had to give up my 2 male Guinea pigs and I couldn’t have given them to a better person. From the first phone call to the drop off Sara was so very nice. She cares and wanted to know the story of the boys and was very understanding. The shop was easy to find, clean, and really cool inside. Loved the beautiful white cat walking around. I really like the selection of animals and it being my first time there I love it. The owner is very kind and she owns the only place I Know of that doesn't buy pets but instead re-homes animals. They all are taken care of and I highly recommend you check it out. Best part is I walked in with my bearded dragon Mehcheal and she had no problem with me having my lizard with me. I love that it is animal friendly. Please go check it out I highly recommend it.

I LOVE this store. Sara is so knowledgeable and almost as awesome as the menagerie of animals she has. I've seen animals in person that I've never even heard of and she's never at a loss for information on what she has. I highly suggest you pay her a visit!

I have a Great Dane so it’s hard to find a place that accepts bigger dogs..... Saras was so friendly and accommodating!! They trimmed her big nails perfectly and even gave my big baby a bath with no problem! They made us feel welcome and the fact that she was over 100lbs was not an issue! She even let her try out a few treats to see what she liked to take home :) I would highly recommend the grooming services for people with bigger dogs, we will definitely be back!

I am absolutely amazed at how well the new owner renovated and upgraded the store!

Not only is the store a great place to walk around and experience exotic animals, it's also the best place I have ever been for honest advice about my pets. (Also nice being at a place the genuinely wants to hear about them)

The owner knows exactly what she is talking about and above all else you can tell she absolutely loves all of it.

This place has had some huge improvements and updates! The new owner Sara is an awesome, genuine person, and has a REAL passion for all animals! She’s been working hard to turn it into the best pet and pet supply store in the burgh!

It was amazing just went today. Sara was extremely nice and answered all my questions. She let me hold Ralph wich is here legless lizard wich was an amazing experience. If you are looking to adopt a reptile, bunny ect. Go to this store it is well worth it and better than any store I've ever been in.

I love this store with my whole heart! I stop all the time to pick up stuff for my leopard gecko and cat. Sara is the sweetest. Definitely stop by to say hi to Tuutie Olaf and Big Marge!

Lots of positive changes happening! Much more open than before. They have high quality dog food and the plants and animals are in good condition. Well on its way to becoming a really lovely small local pet store!
