National Soldier Factory

Cool little store. I needed some patches for my old BDU coat and he sure had them. I've seen other reviews about bad customer service but maybe another employee is causing them, but the owner is a real friendly guy. Answered all my questions and had fair prices for his wares. Will definitely visit again if i come back to gettysburg

Honestly one of the best surplus stores I’ve ever been to. At first I was hesitant to go in there just because those places are usually really pricy. I was pleasantly surprised to find that everything was really fairly priced. The guy working there was a bit serious but super nice. I would HIGHLY recommend going here is you love authentic military gear.

Great store located in Gettysburg. The store may be a a little bit cramped at times, however they have a fantastic selection of new, old, U.S. and international military surplus, and all of which are competitively priced. The guy behind the counter is helpful and knows his stuff. If you’re in the area and looking for a good deal on military surplus, this place is your best bet.

I've finally found a surplus store that isn't "I know what I got" fair even great prices and honestly one of the better selections even with the Ukraine Surplus dry up

My son and greatly enjoy this store. We come from Maryland; a drive of 90 minutes.

Nice guy , cool stuff you don't see anymore , great too see the things in person before you buy surplus items. Will be back next time in town.

PROS: Very good quality merchandise at reasonable prices for many of the items here. They even have a backroom with more inventory

CONS: This place is very cramped and doesn't have as much inventory as the army surplus stores I'm use to. Also, the man at the front desk did not offer to help us or make himself available as he was talking to these teenage workers about something on a piece of paper

OVERALL: Nice place to go into, just lower your expectations

Nice place, overall good selection. Every time i’ve gone they always have what i need. The reason for the 3 stars: Customer Service, confusing hours.
Where do I start, the lady is just downright rude (even though I’ve only seen her twice), the guys just keep to themselves a lot but ask if you need help 1-2 times. They can be snooty but eh.
About the hours, open longer on Sunday, but closed Tuesday and Wednesday? Odd choice but I really only go Fridays, Saturdays, and Mondays. But otherwise, amazing selection, amazing pricing.

Good prices and good selection but owner is very lazy and kinda rude. Hung up abruptly after I tried to inquire about a few certain items.

Been to the store twice during hours when supposed to be open, and not open despite "open" sign. Both times I tried others came right behind me trying to go in and they were also disappointed. Will raise my rating if I can get inside to see why others like it. Here's hoping hours are more dependable. Call first for sure.
