Secondary Storage of Bethel Park

I moved close to this facility and can't rave enough about it. The facility is very secure with a key card activated gate, cameras and the lock on your unit. The staff was very friendly and prompt to respond to any questions I had. They were able to address issues quickly (such as changing my credit card and walking me through the vacate process). The price was very reasonable for the unit size I rented and security. If I ever need to rent a space again, I would go here. Highly recommend it for your storage needs!

I and my family recently moved to Pittsburgh from Phoenix. We were in need of a large storage room to house our belongings until we found our new home. Secondary Storage of Bethel Park stepped up to help when others couldn't. They found me the large storage unit I needed, quickly arranged a showing and presented an honest and fair contract for me to sign. My family's possessions were well cared for and always easily accessible. I gave the required 30 days notice of intent to vacate and they accepted and honored the notice...without any trickery that often comes along for the ride when dealing with lesser outfits. I will use them again in the future and recommend them to anyone looking for a great storage facility.

Moved in online during a move from one house to another. Got prompt service calls when I had questions. I left a VM when moving out of storage unit and got a call back next business day that I was all set to go. I know others also storing here...never an issue. The turns are a bit tight with a longer truck and I was able to manage them slowly.

I used them for a couple of months to store furniture and other items while my house was being sold. I would not hesitate to use them again. The location was very convenient. Service was really good. The prices were competitive.

Lynn is absolutely wonderful!! Any issue I’ve ever had (minor). They are very quick to respond and address and fix!! Great facility, under video surveillance!! Highly recommend secondary storage!

The process was simply from meeting John to get my units set up and get the key to all the help from Lynn in the office. Would rent here again in a heartbeat.

The customer service at this business is a disgrace. We called to request a price on one of the units, and the representative was completely rude and unprofessional. He acted as if we were inconveniencing him and wasting his time. There are plenty of storage facilities in the area, and I would recommend storing your items in a dumpster before using this place.
