Patrick Crawford for president, seriously. He exquisitely handles insurance companies professionally. He continuously kept me updated on my car being worked on. He kept me stress-free when I didn't have my car. Patrick and all the employees were VERY helpful and confident. They did a superb job fixing my car and I was VERY surprised they cleaned the inside of my car. People have made many comments that it looks like I got a brand new car. Endless that yous!!

Ron has excellent customer service skills and truly knows how to treat his customers right. Communicating with him through the repair process showed that he cares and will keep your best interest in mind. His team did an excellent job with the repaint of the hood on my car. They blended the color so well that it looks exactly the same as when it came out of the factory. Everyone I interacted with at Hanover Collision was polite and extremely professional. If you need body work done, I definitely recommend Hanover Collision.

Hopefully, you're never in need of Collision Center. However, everyone I dealt with was absolutely a pleasure. Even the gentleman that helped when my Dr Pepper got stuck in the vending machine. ( I needed that Dr Pepper, 😆)

The team was great to work with and refreshed my cars hood, bumper, headlights and grill after 16 years of wear and tear. Dru was always positive and easy to deal with even when my repairs took a few extra days due to supplier issues. No reason to go anywhere else.

I had front fender damage and rim damage due to hitting a curb. Hanover Collision was recommended to me and we could not have been happier with the outcome. My point person, Patrick Crawford, was awesome and despite the repair extending to four days, I was very happy with the work that they did, and Patrick kept me abreast at each turn. I would highly recommend Hanover Collision to anyone who is looking for a reputable, professional group of people. In addition, they even had my car washed and polished by the time I picked it up!

Hanover Collision did an excellent job on the repair of my damaged vehicle! They were the only body shop around my area to be able to get my vehicle in for repairs the quickest! Patrick is who I mainly worked with on this claim at Hanover Collision. He communicated the steps of the process frequently & always gave me an update anytime anything new was going to be taking place. When I picked my vehicle up, they had detailed my vehicle & the work that was done looked flawless! I was also able to just leave my rental car at Hanover collision & they took care of getting it back to Enterprise which made my life a million times easier! I hope I don’t have to, but if I do have to use a collision center again, I will certainly use Hanover collision & refer anyone I know to them as well! Ask for Patrick, his customer service was fantastic!

Our insurance company sent us to the collision center after an accident. I was extremely pleased with the service we received. I chose Hanover Collision Center because they are Toyota certified, but let me tell you. If I did not have a Toyota, I would still go there. They are professional, friendly, knowledgeable, honest, hard working and amazing! Patrick was so helpful and informative right from the beginning, he was also extremely detail oriented and noticed damage on my vehicle that I hadn’t even seen- damage that if it had gone unnoticed, would make my vehicle unsafe to drive. I knew my vehicle would be taken care of and that I wouldn’t have to worry about anything! Phyllis was so awesome too, even going so far as to contact the rental company for me. My vehicle was repaired way ahead of schedule. When I got my Toyota back, she was gorgeously detailed and looked like a brand new car! Hanover Collision did great work on my car. They did a great job matching a difficult factory paint (an orange with "depth"). Patrick Crawford was great about dealing with the insurance company and keeping me informed of the progress of the repairs. The car was done when he said it would be!
