Can't say enough good things Paixão Jewelers! My father has come here many times and encourages shopping at small, local businesses. I was ready to find the perfect ring and pop the question and of course I knew exactly where to go. Eileen was so helpful throughout the whole process. She is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. She helped me pick out the perfect ring and my fiancé couldn't be more happier with it. I am so grateful for all the help Paixao Jewelers provided! I recently discovered my engagement ring had some damage. My husband was able to locate Eileen Paixao, her husband Paulino and their store Paixao jewelers located in McKees Rocks. Eileen is who we worked with back on 2008 (at a differently location) when we bought my engagement ring and our wedding bands. A few years later my husband purchased a matching anniversary band. I reached out to Eileen a few weeks ago. Once I mentioned who I was it was like we were old friends that never missed a beat. Over the past few weeks Eileen has been so helpful, we created a new engagement ring and even made an upgrade. They are friendly and welcoming, extremely knowledgeable and fun to work with! I love my new ring and the how it matches my bands perfectly! I highly recommend Paixao Jewelers!

Highly recommend Paixao Jewlers over any of the big box stores in the area. Eileen and Paulino helped me to design and perfect my fiancé’s ring. Where I didn’t feel heard by the big name stores and brushed off as just another clueless guy; the moment I walked into Paixao I felt respected. They were discrete with messaging me about updates and stayed late as needed to help me. I extremely satisfied with their work and recommend them to anyone that asks for a jeweler in the Pittsburgh area. My fiancé loves her ring and gets constant compliments when she’s out.

My husband and I were only in Pittsburgh for a week. We went into PaiXão on Tuesday looking to replace my husband’s wedding band. Not only did Eileen patiently explained in detail every aspect of a wedding band and gave her opinion on what looked good on my husband, Paulino also joined in and provided his opinion from a man’s pov. In addition to the wedding band, we were also looking for a 24k gold necklace. We ended up getting the wedding band and the necklace; however, the wedding band needed to be resized and shipped back to PA from Canada and the necklace needed to be made and shipped back to PA from out of state. We didn’t think it would be possible for us to get the ring and necklace before Saturday but miraculously, Eileen pulled it off! We got the ring on Thursday and necklace on Friday, just in time before we left Pittsburgh! We wouldn’t recommend any other jeweler than PaiXão. Eileen and Pauline are the best, they know so much about the industry, business and they will make sure you’re well taken care of! Oh and did I mention that Eileen is super good at communicating? She kept us updated every step of the way up until we picked up the ring and necklace. 😊

They care about their customers and share their life experiences to better your choices. When we walked in with my grandmother's ring to redesign into our engagement ring it was the best process ever. Hand drawn photos until I was happy with the drawing, wax molding and walking us through every single step. I can’t even begin to express how easy fun and personal this experience was. Paixao is the best jeweler in town! My fiancé and I were referred for my engagement ring and now we couldn’t imagine going anywhere else for our jewelry!! Eileen and Paulino are simply the best of the best!! Working with Eileen is truly a golden experience and so much fun! Let’s just first say, I love my wedding band. When I first started to look to get a wedding band I had some ideas of what I wanted but no concrete designs in mind. Eileen worked with me to come up with a completely new design that matched everything that I was looking for in a ring.

I looked at a ton of places that claimed to be fully custom but all of the rings from other stores you could find on different people’s hands. I am confident in saying that there is no other ring like mine out there. Eileen, Mark, and Paulino were very helpful in making sure that it was one of a kind.

Additionally these people are some of the nicest people I have ever met, period. I could go in there and not purchase anything and they would treat me as if I was buying the biggest diamond in there. When my ring finally was completed I think they may have been as excited as I was for me to see it. I couldn’t tell you how many times Eileen and Paulino said they loved my ring (I think Paulino even wanted to wear it himself). Overall I had an amazing experience and will, from now on, go to them for all of my jewelry needs, they have made a customer for life.

I have a 24K necklace that had a broken clasp due to how soft it is. It’s not made to be taken on and off but due to certain training I had to, it eventually broke. I was in desperate need of a jeweler with a good reputation, and skill to handle 24K. I found Paixao Jewellers.

I was only visiting the area, and immediately trusted them with my chain. Eileen and her husband were awesome and understood the importance of the necklace to me. I left the necklace in their possession and had to coordinate repair, and shipment back to me.

Eileen kept constant communication, including pictures of the repaired part. We coordinated my shipment back to me and I received it the very next day.

I am so happy with the result and I can’t stress how comfortable they made me feel holding onto my necklace and repairing it. I recommend Paixao Jewellers!

I can't stop staring at my ring! It's exquisite! I had my original engagement ring reset with a halo surrounding the solitary diamond for celebrating our 31st year Anniversary! Eileen and Paulino are so kind, knowledgeable, and just easy to feel like we are instant friends. My son just got married in September and got his engagement ring and matching wedding band here at Paixao, and it's stunning! Paixão Jewellers did an amazing job designing a ring with my great-grandmother’s earrings. White gold with yellow gold accents surrounding the diamonds. Paulino and Eilleen took great care of my heirloom diamonds by honoring my personality with this beautiful ring. Paulino helped my husband pick out my engagement ring and our wedding bands over 11 years ago! Highly recommend the Paixãos for any and all of your jewelry needs.

I had a fabulous experience finding the perfect diamond engagement ring at Paixao jewellers. Eileen and Paulino are the nicest couple you’ll ever meet. They always welcomed me into the showroom with a smile and made me feel completely at ease. This was my first time discussing diamond preferences in such great detail and Eileen answered all my questions and then some (beyond the 4 Cs). My fiancé now bought my ring with this jeweler, he explained that he had a painless experience, Paulino incorporated his grandmothers diamond into the ring , and he was patient and took his time with him and let me just say that my ring is so beautiful and I’m so happy with it. Paulino and Eileen are incredibly knowledgeable and kind jewelers. I live in Utah and was a little nervous about ordering wedding bands from so far away but they made it easy. They've made themselves available electronically and whenever I was in town and now I have the perfect ring for my fiancé.
