I follow this place on Facebook but never knew exactly where it was. I drove past it so many times, never noticed. Then I'm at Sourh Hanover lakes, looking at the map, and noticed it was right there. Of course I had to try some coffee.

They sell crafts too. Very nice server/cashier.

My grandaughter saw a kitty cake on. Google, she wanted that for her birthday. Jacquelyn was amazing, she made the cake and added some personal touches. my grandaughter was thrilled and the cake was delicious

If I'm visiting Hanover, I always make sure to grab lunch at Jacquelyn's. Her sandwiches are amazing, and there are plenty of vegetarian options for me to choose from. I would recommend the brie/apple pretzel sandwich. Heavenly. She also has a cute shop to browse in. Highly recommended. There are outdoor seating options as well.

You will want to get your cakes made here. OMG they are so good!!!! They make cakes with a wedding style quality. Call in and ask them to personalize a cake. Beautiful cakes and pastries you will fall in love eatting.

I ordered a custom 6” cake - vanilla w/Choc buttercream ( we added the toy story toppers) kinda last minute and the shop was very kind and accommodating to make this for us on short notice. The cake was moist and buttercream frosting was delicious! I’ll definitely order another cake from here next time we need one! (Hopefully with more notice) 😂

I had a difficult request for a long made up word, and Jacquelyn made it fit a 1/4 sheet! The cake was lemon with a strawberry icing and was as delicious as it was beautiful. Thank you for making it happen!

This place is the best!!! We were a large party of 15 on our motorcycles and the girls at the counter were inviting, friendly and just great when we came in all at once. They had smiles on their faces and were so friendly the entire time. I am a manager in customer service and I wish all my employees were as good as they were with how they handled a mad rush like that. Then there is the food and drinks! Soooooo good! Chocolate frappe is amazing - perfect taste of chocolate. My Greek egg burrito was delicious - perfectly made and so much flavor. The cookies we brought home were the best I've had. Tastes like true homemade baking. Molasses cookies tasted exactly like my grandmother's recipe.

I ordered a variety of cupcakes for a wedding celebration and they were amazing! So many choices to choose from and the ones we picked were so delicious. I will definitely be using Jacquelyn’s again!

Got a cake for my husbands birthday - strawberry & cream cake, it was so much better than expected. Delicious and fresh! The coffee is delicious - I recommend the Iced Latte. All the treats are so delectable, personal favorite is the coconut macaroon. Can't wait to try the lunch menu! The shop is so welcoming and Jacquelyn is such a gem to speak to!

What a beautiful, quaint little shop just to relax in and enjoy some wonderful food! I just fell in love with the decor, our lunch was great and the desserts were very yummy! The owner and staff are extremely nice and made us feel very welcome since it was our first time there. I look forward to sharing Jacquelyn's Bakeshop with our family when they are in town to visit. We will be back, soon! 😊

Jacquelyn made the most delicious wraps, strawberry-candied pecans-spinach salad cupcakes for my cousin's bridal shower. She went over and beyond making sure we had our order prepared for a 3 hour drive to our party. It was our family's first time getting back together in almost 2 years and the wonderful food made it extra special.

Got a smash cake and cupcakes for my son's first birthday and it was a super easy process to order, pick up and the decorations were perfect! Everyone including my son loved it!

I truly felt the need to write a review about my daughter's wonderful cake for her 16th birthday. I've never eaten here before but Jacquelyn's had been recommended to me by a friend and my hairdresser. With that being said I was a little nervous because of the negative review that was written. I have to say I respectfully disagree with them. The four layer cake was absolutely delicious!! I got devils food cake with cookies and cream icing in the middle and chocolate icing on top. You cannot eat a cake like this from a grocery store and I thought the price was very reasonable. It was loved by all of my 27 guests!! I will definitely order again and will recommend Jacquelyn's to anyone!!

So I thought I would try this place out since it's very close to where i live and boy was i surprised. The woman that helped me was very kind and smiling. She helped me when i needed chocolate cupcakes with peanut butter icing for my husband's birthday, day of. And btw the icing was soooooo creamy, smooth and delicious and the cake was perfectly fluffy without crumble. I would def recommend this bakery to anybody wanting the best.

Not someplace I would personally go everyday because it is a little pricey but I really enjoyed when we went. Order as soon as you walk in. Limited menu but good options. Food is delivered and you clean up your own table. The desserts looked delicious.

They went above and beyond my expectations! I went in during busy hours to order 18 cupcakes. The lady at the counter ensured my pick up time to an hour later...I do not know how she did it but she did. Thank you so very much for everything you did for me! This was my first time here and the lady working the counter nailed it.
