STORExpress Self Storage - Etna

Outstanding customer service and cleanliness. They helped make sure my check in and out was smooth. I used a truck twice (move in and move out) and although the move in was free I had to pay a small fee for move out for an hourly fee, though they only charged me a little less than what I actually used the truck for. The flatbed carts were super helpful for loading and wide hallways were fairly easy to navigate even with loads of boxes stacked up (12 medium u-haul boxes per trip was super easy). Highly recommend. We also were allowed to drop a PODS storage on site without any fee for 3 days for move out without any issues.

We could not have been more pleased with this company.
The process was easy to understand, the sales team was exceptional and moving our car in was a breeze.
Plenty of light in the building, and the space was great.
We’ll likely use storexpress for future indoor vehicle storage.

I came in for the first time in years and was greeted by Jen, the manager and she remembered me from almost a decade earlier. She was extremely professional and polite. She provided various options on payment and recommendations on unit sizes and needs. She provided outstanding customer service with a positive attitude, she was so nice and patient by showing units on the first and second floors with a big smile.

With so many national chain & big block named storage facilities to choose from, its obvious why Storage Express is the best in the Pittsburgh market (western Pennsylvania) by the type of care and service provided to the customer most likely led by their on hands Private Owner that I happened to meet as well before named Steve. He must have a mission statement of fundamental Core Values for his team and they certainly let them shine through the onboarding process.

I have been to a few other of their locations over the years helping my friends move in and out from Divorces and such...lol I would imagine every location would be graded with a 5 out of 5 positive Stars if they are ran like Jens location in Etna, which is right across the river from PGH's Historic Lawrenceville neighborhood where I reside. If anyone knows Lawrenceville they would agree that our city streets are impossible to host a trailer so I was very happy find out they now have a well secured lot with a highlined fence w/ an access controlled security gate that allows me ingress & egress of the perimeter while under constant CCTV Surveillance piped back to the 50+ cameras you can see behind the main counter on their large screen video wall monitors....

We have used STORExpress in Etna for our business for the past few years. Their team has been excellent. They have been accommodating and are great with communications. We had indoor/outdoor access to our unit which was perfect for our business. We recommend this facility for your storage needs.

This is a great storage space- secure, easy to access, and the staff is really nice.

Chelsea at this location and other staff have been friendly while also helping us when we needed a lock and when we needed more storage as well as having supplies on hand to help with our move. We don't hesitate to recommend them to everyone. Signing up and signing out are simple and access is great.

2 year tenant. A+ experience! Chelsea at the front desk is so sweet and helpful. Truck rental is cheap and easy. Facility is bright, clean, convenient and drive-in! Everything is A+

My family and I have done business with the Etna Store Express for years on and off when needed and have always been extremely happy with our experiences! The building is always safe, secure and clean & we greatly appreciate the friendly helpful staff, especially Jen and Bridget!

I have rented a space for 8 years and Jen was always very helpful, from the first day I rented the unit to the last day when I left. Everything was always done quickly from moving in to moving out. Jen was very knowledgeable and professional if I had any issues through the years. (There weren't many issues}.

Needed to park a car while we waited for our new house to close, and was so happy to find STORExpress. The facility was convenient to where I was staying in Pittsburgh, and very reasonable for a month (or longer if we ended up needing it). The lot is gated, with easy key-pad access. Other people were using it for RV storage, classic cars, or food trucks/business trucks. Everyone in the office was extremely friendly and genuinely seemed to enjoy their jobs. It was a great experience!

Jen and her staff were amazing to work with when I needed to have a vehicle shipped to Pittsburgh as part of our relocation. Highly recommended.

I’d recommend STORExpress to anyone! I originally rented the art studios and came back a couple years later to store my things for my potential future move. Both times I enjoyed my experiences with them. Very pleasant, professional, and accommodating staff. All three girls are fantastic!!! Jenn is Amazing btw! Like I’m bummed that the facility is in Etna and I moved to Coraopolis. Wish I could move them with me.

This place is by far the best place to store your stuff!! Jen, Chelsea and the new lady Merranda are always friendly and call and tell me I’m going to be late on my payment before a late fee hits!! Thanks lady’s!

As a salesman who’s been utilizing storage units for the past 8 years for my devices. STORExpress has by far been the best storage company I’ve used. I’ve had a unit with them for about 3 years now and I’m very pleased with the cleanliness, customer service/workers, and their reliability. The Etna location is also perfect for me who’s constantly on Rt. 28 so I can hop off and on. I have also had zero issues with the security of my unit or rodents/bugs in my unit. Highly recommend.

Employees are fabulous to work with. They even helped me get enough storage space after I had already moved into a unit! Always listen to what they recommend- it will save you a lot of work later. Units are clean dry and even during heavy snow the lot was cleared immediately!

This facility is well maintained, clean and secure. The staff is friendly and helpful. There are clean restrooms. Units are tall and spacious with metal walls.

Stored there for the past two summers. It was my first time using storage and it was a very smooth move in and move out process. You can access your unit at any time and the security in the building is very good. Would definitely store here again
