Called my order in 40min advance before they closed. Had my food hot and ready and on time. Great customer service.

Great service and the subs are perfect everytime. Miss the large assortment of hot sauces that they used to offer pre covid.

Firehouse subs have really great sandwiches. The Turkey Bacon just perfect - far better than SUBWAYS

I don't like turkey. But omg. I'm hooked with their turkey sandwich.

Really enjoyed chatting with employees during my wait. They were friendly and prompt.

I think that this is one of the best sandwich shops around, very laid back and their is a welcoming atmosphere. The manager that answered all of my questions was very straight forward and accommodating. I've always wondered if this is a franchised or corporate owned facility though.

omg we went last night to grab dinner and the sweet folks behind the counter could not have had better service if they tried!!!! they made our experience so great and we will DEFINITELY be coming back to this location based on service but also deliciousness!

Very clean and friendly staff and great subs my favorite is pastrami sub and there's smoke roast beef with cheese wish I had a photo to share, but eaten it already, I have dine in and got it to go as well

It took a bit longer than expected to get my food. But the guys that were working greeted every person that came through the door. Conversed with customers while they were waiting while they continued working. I wish I asked their names but they were great multitaskters. Made good food while keep customers from blindly and silently waiting for their food.

We placed a very large order for a customer meeting and unfortunately realized we had one incorrect sandwich and were missing another. I called the store and the manager went above and beyond to refund us, send coupons for a free subs, and assured me that he'd speak with team and other managers to make sure his employees had what they need to get orders right. Very impressive. Plus everything we ordered was delicious and we had happy customers(minus the mistake/missing sub). So, kudos to this manager for taking a 4 star review up to a 5!

Ate there for the first time today. Service was amazing. They were fairly busy, and they were able to get my order out in about 5ish minutes. Definitely would recommend the turkey bacon ranch sub. Was exquisite. Overall give it a 10/10 and I'm definitely looking to go back

Whoever owns this restaurant should really appreciate their crew and what they do for them. Today I watched 4 crew members make 40 sandwiches while trying to maintain customer service and every delivery machine going off at the same time... As a fellow cook and part of service industry I give them credit for holding their tounges even though some customers were being rude and maintaining a steady pace

Got just what I wanted. Ate outside on a lovely day. Pleasantly surprised by the freshness and slightly sweet taste of the wheat bread.

Ate here for the first time and it was one of the best subs I've ever had. All ingredients from the bread to meats to condiments were 2 levels above subway. Just my 2 cents but I'll definitely be back here soon. Very clean and well run sandwich shop.

I went in to pick up a quick lunch and couldn't decide what to have so I asked the young man named Mike (or Michael as one of the other employees called him) for suggestions. He was very helpful and very patient with me which in today's fast food market that is a rarity. There is nothing worse that being rushed through a line and then getting home hating what you had picked out. He was so helpful and sincere that I ended up getting one sandwich for lunch and one for dinner! I hope the store manager knows what a value he is to your establishment. :)

I received excellent customer service today from the fine people at Firehouse Subs and more specifically the Manager at this location, a Ms. ‘Jana’. I used the Grubhub website to order, the “find location” feature had me order from this location 40+ minutes away. Jana understood my situation and refunded me my money, allowing me to patron their Lone Tree location next to my work.

I love this product and thank Jana for her hard work and excellent customer service.

Man, do I love this place. Not only are their sandwiches AH-MAZING, but the people who work there are crazy friendly even though you can't tip them. You can tell that they put love into every sandwich they make and I have yet to have anything bad here. Even when there's a rush, they work very efficiently and I'm not waiting for long. Highly recommended!
