I have never rented a storage unit before so I didn't know what to expect.

The Manager Sean and Asst. Manager Debbie were awesome. They were very informative and accommodating when I arrived to obtain my access code.

I would recommend using this location if you need extra storage.

Shawn and Debbie were pleasant and helpful to deal with. Shawn is very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. I got a great deal on a 10 x 20’ unit on the first floor. They both made the whole experience quick and easy. Would definitely use this facility again.

Debbie and Shawn were great and even took the time to measure the elevator and space to ensure I’d be able to move my 9ft kayak up to a second floor unit. They explained everything about the process and the space looks very well maintained! I’ve had a horrible experience in the past so fingers crossed this one will be better!

I have been a customer at Extra Space Storage in Robinson, PA for quite some time and I have seen a few managers come and go. Mr. Shawn represents and contributes nothing but extraordinary and superior services from the minute you walk onto the premises until the time you leave. He is extremely knowledgeable about Store Express' plans, contracts, and policies. He is always exceptionally pleasant and always greet his customers with a smile. Been in our unit for over six months, and it’s been a great experience. Very clean well lit, and secure without being a hassle to access. Helpful friendly staff. Would highly recommend.

Debi and Shawn (Park Manor location) were SO helpful and patient— even staying after their closing time, knowing I was caught in traffic in order to give me my unit keys. If not for their kindness, I would most likely have had to push my move-in date back a week. Thanks for your positivity and great service!

I have been an Extra Space renter for several years. This is an exceptional climate controlled facility and second to none in every aspect. Access is ONLY when your unique security code is entered. At that point, the doors open automatically. No stairs. Cargo sized security access elevators gently take you to your floor. The floors are polished and immaculate. Each unit is easily accessible. Extra Space also provides large platform cargo carts, so schlepping gear from your vehicle to your unit smooth. They easily fit in the elevator with room for two carts! Prices are competitive and honestly, for the security, quality, cleanliness and climate control aspects, you’re not going to find a better value.
Shawn, in particular has done a great job! His customer service and attention to detail in keeping Extra Space running smooth is remarkable!

We have been renting from this place for a few months and the experience has been phenomenal. The process of getting the unit was incredibly easy and affordable. The bathrooms are very very clean and the facility is well taken care of. We came on a Saturday and were waiting for carts as it was busy but the manager asked us if we were okay and showed us where we could find more. He was very nice and helpful! Overall I would highly recommend this facility!

Super helpful gentleman that helped us at the front when we first arrived to our unit! Told us everything we needed to know and was very friendly! Area was very clean and spacious for all of our needs!

We recently sold our house and downsized substantially. Extra Storage, Robinson was able to provide a storage unit to accomodate us the same day...and then added another unit when we underestimated the space required. Staff is so nice and always greeting me by name!

It was easy to reserve a unit online, and I could even choose the location in the building from available units, then get my gate access code upon arrival at the office. Staff were courteous & friendly and made sure my access code worked both the exterior door & elevator before I left. They also have free carts available if you need them.

The assistant manager was very helpful and super pleasant. Would definitely recommend!

Very clean, very safe. And when we moved out over the weekend, they noticed the lock was off our unit before we even notified them. Nice to know they are watching the units to make sure noone else cleaned ours out! I would highly recommend.
