Tried this chain for the first time on Monday. I had heard of it, but didn't know anything about the menu. The staff were very helpful in explaining the menu to me (I'm sure I walked in there looking stupid LOL) and what came on the sandwiches and how they were prepared. The food was made correctly as ordered and it was fresh and quite good! I had a gluten free Hook and Ladder sandwich and the bread was much better than a lot of other chains that offer gluten-free bread. I thought the prices were pretty fair for what you got and this location looked clean and well taken care of. I would come back again and try some other menu items!

This is my favorite sub shop on planet earth! If you're a fan of Italian subs, I highly recommend getting the Italian sub! They also have a rewards app and on your birthday, on the app, you can go in and get a free sub when showing them that you have the birthday rewards. I go here often and they always say, "welcome to firehouse" as you walk in. They are pretty fast and the food is great. I love the inside too! It's very much like a fire place and they keep with the theme.

Sub is always what i ask for , staff is great ! Alyssa is one of the most friendliest people there is along with her night crew !! just don’t be like the lady who gave a 1 star !!! if you aren’t rude and try to steal everyone would be nicer! Morning crew is great as well both ends always holding it down

I just got my first sub from here. They had a free sub if you donated a case of water. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Thanked me for my donation. Sub was made fresh to order and was DELICIOUS. I would recommend trying if you haven't been here before. I will be back to try other subs. I got the club sub and it was hot and had plenty of meat in it. Bacon wasn't very crispy but I like my bacon very well done. Can't wait to see how their other subs are.

This is a great place to get something very good to eat. They have hot and cold subs of all types, if they don't have one listed you like you can have one made to order. They also offer several salads to choose from. Part of the proceeds go to the Public Safety Foundation, you can also purchase empty 5 gallon pickle buckets for $2.00 if you are in need of an empty bucket. The staff is really pleasant, they also have a children's menu.

You can also order via the Internet or by phone and have your order ready for you to pick up.

I am a college professor who seeks healthy alternatives for lunch. I drive an hour and fifteen minutes to campus so it needs to be quick and easy. I visit this firehouse subs location twice weekly. I have always had great experiences with the staff and the product.

Mikaela is often there when I stop. She has always been the consummate professional. She’s very knowledgeable about all items on the menu. She offers alternatives since she knows what I enjoy. She often assists the other employees as is her role as shift leader. She is pleasant and friendly. She is able to problem solve without skipping a beat.

I have recommended this restaurant to many friends and they have all experienced the same level of courtesy and competence. I will continue to enjoy the banter and great food. It is an easy five stars for this shop and staff. Well done!!!

Fast, Delicious, and correct. The loaded potato soup was a bit bland but the sub was fantastic. I had never been to firehouse subs before and the sub was delicious. We will be back. Service was great, friendly and fast.

I always get the hook and ladder salad. It's just so good, especially with their house dressing. They did make it without green peppers, by our request. I'm glad they got our order correct.

I can honestly say this is the best sub shop around. Not sure why others complain when they have 1 bad experience like the people before me (Grofty 47, or Little Bob, or Barbara Fisher) is a prime example of this. In my opinion if you want free food these are the people who always seem to have an issue with restaurants. Subs have always been hot, fresh, and made to how me and my co-workers like. It's never going to be perfect and any time we have had an issue the manager or cashier always comes out to every table (on every visit I've been in for) to check if everything is perfect. The one time I needed something added they did so fast and friendly. Bottom line this place rocks and someone needs to make the owner of the franchise aware of this! Keep up the great work here!

I use the online service to place my order for pick up, usually. I have never had any issues with my picky order. And it always seems as though my sandwiches were made with care, not thrown together sloppily. On the occasion that I do place my order in store, everyone is very friendly.

Normally we grab lunch out. Today we tried firehouse. Best cheese steaks we have had since leaving Delaware. Somewhere close to home to get what we love. Definitely good food

Stopped here twice and it looks like it will be our lunch destination when we leave Lowe's. Really great food and money goes to fire fighters and safety awareness programs.

Subs,sadly IMHO not as good as Jersey Mike's, but still tasty subs. Employees were fantastic, can't complain

NEW YORK STEAMER. Since the loss of Quiznos, there has been a sorely-lacking decent amount of places to get a great sub FILLED with meat… until now. Firehouse Subs is spectacular! With the online ordering app and strict COVID rules, this place rules! Great subs, friendly workers, good environment, clean atmosphere. We eat here almost weekly now! You should, too!
