Friendly's

This is one of my son and mine favorite places to eat when we're in Gettysburg. The waitress was very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere of the restaurant is amazing. It's always so peaceful and welcoming. The menu is pretty big for a restaurant menu. Friendlys offers a wide variety of food and appetizer. They offer a lot of food here that you won't see at any other restaurant. They are famous for their ice cream and milkshakes which are delicious.

I have not been to Friendly's in 30 years. The food was amazing ! The blue cheese dressing was so creamy. I don't know what kind of mayonnaise they have but it was so good. Atmosphere and staff was great !

Our waitress was quick. At the table in 30 seconds. Brought water for everyone. Had drinks out in under 5 minutes. Took the order. All various sundaes. They were all amazing. Had our check ready. Offered appetizers and entrees, but we had already had dinner. Wonderful time. Reminded me of being a teen. Now bringing our kids.

The staff was great with our large group, and the food came out fairly quickly. I enjoyed the Turkey Club with onion rings, the bread was toasted just enough! Their signature item is the ice cream sundaes and milkshakes which definitely hit the spot!

I think the food tastes amazing. The atmosphere has such lovely people. I really enjoy the ice cream, I think the workers are very polite. I think it's a wonderful environment and more people should visit. We need more people to help support a business like this. Yall deserve all the kindness yall can get. I really think with time this business will go far with all the love and kindness everyone here shares. God bless you all.

We had the best ever waitress at the Gettysburg, PA location. Her name was Trinity. She should get some recognition. There haven’t been many waitresses in my 71 years that have been so friendly and attentive.

This sit in restaurant is far one of the best i’ve visited. Friendly crew , Our waitstaff Therese was very friendly. the store is clean and service was great! .my order was delivered hot and fresh!! i have burger and new england clam chowder soup . and finishing with caramel ice cream for dessert. the price is reasonable. i definitely recommend this everyone who happens to visit Gettysburg! one of the travel destination pitt stop. Friendly definitely fits with name of this Restaurant.

I'm visiting the Gettysburg area & wanted something filling & comfort food, but not fancy, but nicer than fast food. Friendly's was perfect! The food was good and our waitress was super friendly! Definitely save room for ice cream & if you do I recommend the strawberry shortcake!

The friendliest service I've had in a while. We came in a group and it was a great experience. The food came out all together and was good. The servers were terrific. The price was just right. The kids had a great time. Definitely have to visit again next time we're in town.

Friendliest was excellent today. They handled our party of 20 with ease. The service was excellent and the food came out fast…the Peanut Butter Hunka Chunka sundae was amazing.

Probably the fastest seating and serving I have ever had. Great hot food and service. A++++

Stopped by here tonight and try the ice cream for the first time. They had a lot of great selections to choose from and our group of 18 people thoroughly enjoyed our visit!

Good throw back place to come. Haven't been to one in over 15 years. My wife loved it as well, good call back to her child hood and family days. Lobster roll..highly recommend!!

The food was very good, and at a decent price. A good option for families. Excellent service, and a very well kept, clean location.

Got there little late felt so terrible for coming in 30mins before closing. But come to find it was actually an hour before they closed. Still felt bad, but very friendly service non the less from all the staff at Friendly's! Food was on point and quick service on everything 😋 👌

Went in for ice cream and they never disappoint!! Had good service and sundae was delicious! Had the hunka chunka peanut butter sundae with lava cake!! YUM

I return to this Friendly's over and over. They have a wide menu, one for regular food & one for ice cream [yes, please!]. The food is prepared quickly and tastes fantastic. Employees are welcoming and efficient. There is always a fun atmosphere, with good music playing. Oh, & the variety of ice-cream flavors - outstanding! What are you waiting for?
