Colorado Hsing-I Kung Fu

Shrfu Drouillard has been teaching me since 2008. He is an exceptional instructor! His class has helped me in more ways than I can count. I have gained focus. I have increased my physical strength, lost weight, and increased my mind-body- spirit connections. I feel more grounded in all aspects of my life. Hsing-I is life changing stuff! I would highly recommend him and this martial art style to everyone from the beginner to other martial artists wanting to learn something new.

I see these guys warming up when my family Taekwondo class is finishing. You can tell from the people in the class that it's good exercise, and good combat training, and the way the classes keep getting bigger it must be lots of fun!
