Love this place! Sideways is the chill place in the neighborhood that you need. Great bartenders that serve great drinks and the food is super tasty.

We like this place. It's our neighborhood bar, grill, sports bar. The food is great, you get what you pay for. The service is good, and they have always been friendly to our kids. We'd recommend.

I'm hesitant to write this, because this bar is a hidden gem, and I live so close by! They had great beer and food specials for Sunday football, and every game on the TVs. They do bar wings right, with lots of flavor options, and $1.50/wing discount. Will be back for game day!

The Burger with fried was great. The gal has a great sense of humor. Pants our optional. Has a nice vibe for a sports bar.

The service was exceptional and inviting. I wasn't sure what beer to get and she offered to let me try a few which a lot of places (bad ones) won't do. They were very responsive and polite the entire time. I love the fact that it's family owned and very welcoming despite the diverse set of people who go there. I will definitely be back.

Ordered delivery from DoorDash on a whim and I'm glad I did. The cheeseburger was legitimately perfect. From the buttery toasted bun to the juicy medium rare patty and crispy veggies, just perfect. The tots were fantastic too. Such a great value. I'll be ordering again.

My review is for the owner’s responses to these reviews. In what world does anybody do this, especially with this kind of comprehensive response. My MIL is moving up that way next month, and we cannot wait to come to sideways and have a beer and a burger!! Well done!

Food is always on point! And they've typically got at least 2 excellent local brews on tap. Never been disappointed by the service either. TVs on the inside for sports, small patio for smokes, and those that well,.. just want to chill on a patio.

Just got delivery from this place and holy cow!!! The burger is perfect, our mac and bites were crispy and warm, fries still crispy. It was so reasonably priced, I'm coming in in person next time. Thanks for an awesome lazy Saturday treat meal.

Really nice little neighborhood pub with a great looking menu. Have not tried the food yet, but the folks in this place say it's great. Heather the bartender proving beautiful, professional and friendly. No problem recommending this place!

Tasty burgers with great prices

I haven't been to Sideways since the pandemic started (wife and I used to go once a month or so). My broth-on-law Dennis and I stopped by for a late lunch and were blown away. My Wicked Sausage Sandwich was way over the top- grilled peppers and onions smothered a boatload of sausage on an amazing bun. Dennis's French Dip was equally good. Kudos! They haven't missed a beat in the last 18 months! Small bar/restaurant with big flavors!

Just what you want a local dive bar to be like. Very open and Airy on the warm nights and I love it when they open the garage patio doors. Good patio seating too.

Sideways has always had great BBQ and really good food. The new owner has really improved the look and feel of the bar. Wait staff are friendly and efficient. This is one of our favorites!

This is one awesome place and now it is our local watering hole. The food is always excellent and the staff is very friendly. We are happy we moved into the neighborhood in Wood Run and looking forward to meeting new friends and sharing stories. The new pub for Big Paddy FFS! Slainte! SeanG

Wow! Great deals on excellent food! Drinks very reasonable with good beer selection for a neighborhood bar. Friendly and clean. Even the kids love the food!

Thus place has really good food. I don't drink but I loved the Atmosphere.
