Rise Yoga and Wellness

My long-time yoga practice died over Covid and I couldn't seem to get it going again until I joined Rise. I took advantage of their two week introductory deal and got so much out of it, that I signed on for unlimited classes! I like the more mellow Yin and Slow Flow classes in the mornings, but there are so many other types too classes to try. They have special yoga and wellness seminars and classes every week to keep it fresh.

I love this studio. They have wonderful classes! Slow flow, deep stretch is a great class, and Heather is an excellent teacher. I look forward to coming every week!

I started going to Taylor's prenatal yoga class when I was pregnant and it was one of the best things I could have done. Not only did I look forward to going weekly, but helped me mentally and I met some close now mom friends. About a month ago, I started going to her pelvic floor class and LOVE it. It just has been wonderful to meet other moms at this huge life style change.

Taylor's Pelvic Floor and Core Restore is a wonderful class that anyone and everyone can and should benefit from! As someone that is newer to yoga this class provides the perfect amount of stretch, strain and movement for me. You can tell that Taylor also values knowledge and education, as she is explaining and teaching all throughout the class on different aspects of the pelvic floor and it's importance. I'd recommend this class a million times over.

Just took my first class here and loved it! The studio space is beautiful. I took a bands class & had a lot of fun while getting good cardio, strength training, and stretching in a very efficient workout!

The teachers are very skilled and friendly. They create a welcoming environment, tailored to individual needs. With a wide range of classes, it caters to all levels, and the studio is always clean and serene. This place is a true gem that I highly recommend.

Such an Excellent Restorative Class with Sound Immersion today! Hannah guided us through a beautiful sequence of restful poses correlating with the chakras as Crystal provided healing sound. I feel so grounded in every cell of my body. Thank you!

The best studio around! I’ve been coming exclusively to this studio from Denver for 3 years. They offer a variety of classes but my favorites are Buti yoga & Primal Flow! Come try something new & sweat it out with amazing people that will become friends. Very welcoming community and amazing teachers! I love Rise 🧘‍♀ ❤

The most amazing yoga studio! Rise is an inclusive space that has created a community full of friendly and welcoming people. All of the instructors and classes here are consistently great!

Right from the beginning, the instructor took the time to gauge our mood and tailored the flow impeccably to match the class vibe. What impressed me most was the thoughtful sequencing, as each pose seamlessly built upon the previous, culminating in a peak pose that was both challenging and achievable. Throughout the session, the instructor's gentle adjustments enhanced my experience, guiding me to better alignment and deeper connection. The curated music selection added a wonderful ambiance, perfectly complementing the practice. To cap it off, the delightful touch of lavender towels at the end was a refreshing treat. Highly recommended!

Love it. I wish it was on the schedule more often. I love the slow movements and still break out in a sweat and feel like you’ve worked out. Andi has a great vibe and is an excellent teacher.

Rise is an amazingly welcoming and accepting community. All the teachers are brilliant guides, and they do so in their own unique way. There is something different about Rise that sets them apart from all other studios. There is a gentleness that is offered in the space - in all classes - that is unparalleled. Come as you are, practice as you are able - it's all part of Rise.
Rise offers a variety of classes and workshops that seem to beautifully meet all of your needs. After doing the trial membership in 2022, I quickly made Rise a part of my wellbeing plan and I am thankful that I did.

Love Love Love!!! Such a great yoga studio with amazing Buti classes. The teachers and other yogis are very welcoming. They have great membership plans. I like trying to make it daily.

This is a beautiful studio! Heather is a very kind and knowledgable instructor. She takes great care to make sure you are comfortable and supported throughout her entire class. She teaches beginners with kindness and excellent instructions, She provides wonderful instruction to all, including quotes, inspiration and thoughts to take with you after class. I highly recommend her classes.

Rise is a wonderful yoga studio! I've been going for about 3 months now, and can truly feel the benefit of being part of this community, in both body and mind. The instructors are very friendly and well qualified, with diverse yogic interests providing a large variety of classes. All the way from meditation to high intensity interval training and all sorts of in betweens, there's a practice at Rise for everyone. I would most definitely recommend giving them a try!

WOW! It’s rare to find a community and space like Rise. I especially appreciate the female leadership here and the uniquely open and warm space they have created for movement, study, community, growth, and feminine empowerment. I’ve practiced yoga of many varieties at many studios in many states, and I’m so thankful to have been introduced to this beautifully unique studio in Golden, CO 🫶🏽
