I didn't even know where to start. The pastries and cookies and cakes are a joy for the eyes and then you eat them and it's a whole new experience. Their key lime muffin is delicious with a perfectly crunchy base, the buckeyes are for peanut butter lovers because they are stuffed full of it, the cream puffs pastry was fun and perfectly bite sized, the cannoli are the closest to the Sicilian ones I've found in Pittsburgh so far, and the eclair was mouthwatering. The kind lady made me try a spoon of their merengue icing and it was super sweet which was a very pleasant surprise. They make whipped cream icing too! The cakes looked so beautiful.
I'm definitely stopping by every time I'm in the area and you should too!

What a cute little bakery! A fantastic variety of homemade in-house sweets and treats! You could actually view the baking area through an open window, which I took a little video of, so you could see yourself. There was not too much action back there at the moment, we were there, but I’m sure if you’re in there at the right time you could see some amazing donuts being pushed through.

In October I planned a wedding in the woods in a week for my husband and I. I needed a cake and quick, I had a vision, and they did not disappoint! So good, too. Also, so friendly and accommodating. Will only come here for my future bakery needs!

5 stars is almost impossible... But they made that possible. The presentation of their baked assortments is magnificent the variety is incredible. You haven't had a Donut unless you've tried one here, The Filling in their Bavarian Donuts and Jelly is legit the best quality I've had out of the dozens of bakeries I've tried through out the years the staff is also very nice!

Grandview Bakery is a lovely bakery with a plentiful variety of items both sweet and savory. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is welcoming. The prices are reasonable. I bought several items for others in my party, and they were thoroughly enjoyed. Street parking as well as a metered parking lot right across the street come in handy too in case you don't live nearby.

Grandview Bakery made my wedding cake and it was perfect!!! My husband and I tried a lot of cake and Grandview was the most delicious near Mount Washington by far, plus the decorations were gorgeous. The prices were beyond reasonable, the staff was lovely to deal with, and they were even able to bake us a second cake with the same flavors and decorations for our bigger party the next week! The cake might have been our favorite part of our whole wedding :) (also - in the second picture, the cake looks cracked because of us, not the bakery)

Amazing cake. I’m from Europe and wanted to surprise my boyfriend in the us and they helped me through with it. Very nice staff and pretty cake. Couldn’t ask for more. 🫶🏻

We have consistently purchased sweets and desserts from Grandview Bakery for any and all occasions and everyone always raves over how amazing everything is. Their staff is always accommodating and nice, and we always love everything we buy. Prices are great too! This is truly a gem in the city. Make sure to try them out.

One of my favorite bakeries! You walk in and the smell is intoxicating. I usually get cupcakes and my very favorite- the lady locks! The staff is friendly and accommodating. Go visit, but don't buy all the lady locks!

Coming from out of state, we wanted to find a plate with sweet treats. Everything was so delicious! We bought cookies, mini cheesecakes, Buckeyes, cannolis, muffins, cupcakes, you name it!

The best cakes ever! Light and light buttercream icing. The staff is very kind. Their individual treats are very good as well the peanut butter cookies are my favorite.

Lovely bakery right in Mount Washington. We have been using their services for 5 years and they never disappoint. Pastries and cakes are always lovely dressed, fair prices, and a wonderful staff. Very happy this is in our back yard.

2022 review - I was invited to a tea party and I was in charge of bringing pastries and sweets. I walked in to this bakery and ordered a bunch of food. They were all delicious, everyone at the tea party complimented the food from this bakery.

2008 review - My friend ordered me a graduation cake from this place. It was amazing and beautiful! It is a velvet cake with huge, and I mean huge, strawberries on it. I will definitely go here and order desserts!

They truly have the best brunt almond torte in the area. It’s my favorite and I know that’s a bold claim, but I mean it. This is a great place that always has an awesome menu.

Absolutely amazing. Let me say we got a little variety box of things. Their donuts were delicious. Their cookies were some of the best I’ve ever had. We tried the chocolate chip, the marble, the peanut butter chocolate chip, the oatmeal raisin and the salted caramel. Every single one was amazing. Also tried the cannoli and peanut butter chocolate cupcakes. This is my first time ever visiting and I will most certainly be back. 🍪🍩🧁

Grandview Bakery is the BEST and the only bakery in Pittsburgh you need!

I contacted Grandview to get custom cakes made for a special occasion. I'm sure it wasn't easy for them to accommodate a different cake pan amongst all their other available desserts, but and they didn't hesitate to help.

They were unbelievably helpful at all points, the cakes were delicious and amazingly decorated, and they even followed up later to see how the event went.

Grandview went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied, and as a result, will be the only bakery I go to from now on!

I HIGHLY recommend!
