King Soopers Pharmacy

I was visiting a friend in Colorado Springs. We got all our groceries at your store. I love it and wish I had one in my hometown! Excellent produce, great variety of products, clean and neatly organized and the employees were super friendly! We have a Kroger store here in Illinois and my son works for Fry's in Arizona so King Sooper was my first choice and I wasn't disappointed!

The pharmacist is this King Soopers are very helpful and gets your medication to you fast. It seems like my doctor always messes on the prescription. But the king Soopers employees in the Phelarmacy. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This pharmacy has been mine and my mother's pharmacy of choice for many decades. We always get great treatment and would not go anywhere else.

The staff is always polite and helpful.

The pharmacist and most of the technicians are very kind and informative. However, one of the techs there, a young lady, is very short with me every time I have an interaction with her, whether on the phone or in person. It's pretty off-putting. I'm not considering changing pharmacies, but it's still an unfortunate circumstance.

I was hopeful things here would improve with the remodel, but nope. After their big "remodel" the store essentially looks the same. Same confined space with minor improvements. The worst things about this store are the dreadful parking, which ruins your day trying to get in and out, poor selection and the worst is the low-income, trashy clientele. No, that's not racist, just a fact. But the customers here are gross. I will continue to drive to the Cheyenne Mt King Soopers, as it's nicer, bigger and cleaner.

Have meds that my mom should have started this morning, and even standing and waiting in front of the pharmacy, they have no sense of urgency or care!! And they received the script LAST NIGHT!! This pharmacy USED to be good, but now it’s THE WORST!! I’d rather drive 30+ minutes out of my way than to EVER use this pharmacy again!!

We dropped off a prescription w weeks before we had a surgery. They called and told us they may be out of stock on 1 of the medications, but they would let us know if they couldn't fill It 3 days before the surgery. They said if we did not hear from them, they will have it ready for us. No word from them so assumed they had it ready. Went to pick it up on surgery day, and they were so uncaring and rude about not having it. No apologies for not calling, and just said, too bad and sounds like a lack of communication. Really sucked having to drive around to different pharmacies to get the needed meds after surgery that day. I would've been fine had they apologized or cared at all. They were very rude and didn't care at all. Will never return!
