Huge selection of Western Wear. A little thin on the size selection of higher end hats due to Manufacturing concerns. The store manager spent about an hour reshaping my difficult to shape hat. Great service and very friendly staff. Highly recommend

I ordered a Wrangler Concealed Carry Jacket from High Country and it shipped but was lost by the carrier. I contacted High Country, their customer service is the best I have experienced. They promptly got another one from the manufacturer since that was the last one and got it on the way. They kept me in loop (by phone; not email or chat) and went above and beyond to help. I was given a personal contact person and they followed up with me to ensure the second jacket was received. Oh by the way, awesome product, love the jacket. I will definitely be a return customer.

I had a small leather discoloration. And these folks help me out immediately I found exactly what I needed and got me out in a timely manner. They do everything in there including hats. You will enjoy the shop

I went somewhere else about 2 weeks ago and tried to get a cowboy hat for Stock Show for a booth that I am working at. I'm not sure where my old hat is, figured it was probably time to get a new one anyways, and get one that would last. The place I went told me 1) they didnt have any... 2) nobody had any... and 3) it would be at least 3-4 weeks if I would like to order one.

I called about a week ago to High Country Western Wear (before making a useless trip like I had done the week previous at the other company) to see if they had my size, they said yes, come on by. Sales people were very nice and extremely helpful in helping me find the hat I wanted. Honestly, my only requirement was preferably gray, and definitely not brown. Inside of 20 minutes looking at hats, I got myself a nice Stetson that should last for a long while. The other company lost my business forever. I am not sure if I will ever need more Western apparel, but if I do, I will be coming here for certain!

This is a great store. That being said I would be careful what you buy here. I just wanted something to wear to the yodeling superstar Mason Ramsay's concert. I guess I underestimated the authenticity of their western wear as when I woke up the next morning I noticed my Silverado SS was an extra 3 inches off the ground. I slapped my rear pocket (no that's not weird don't read too much into it) and discovered a can of Copenhagen wintergreen I have no memory of buying. My Sunday drives have been reduced to driving through wheat fields. Every time I go into Big R to buy motor oil and look at the chicks the gentleman there refer to me as "partner" and no longer just "sir." I accidentally bought a 36" by 48" framed photograph of a horse. There's more but anyways be careful as it is very easy to get swept up in the western wear life without realizing it. Now if you'll excuse me I have reservations at the Cracker Barrel

Love High Country, most knowledgeable staff on boots, hats, and everything western. Been coming here for 10 years and again had another great experience with Brandy today! She helped me pick a new buckle and perfect belt to match, spent time with my wife to help her select the best boots to fit her feet and style, ordered me a couple pair of boots I was looking for, and coordinated getting a couple older pair of our boots we had stretched to eliminate hot spots. Brandy is awesome and High Country is the best western store around!

Been going here for years, always amazing staff. Super helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. The selection is excellent and if for some reason they don’t have what you are looking for, they can order it. This is a place you can’t sleep on.

My husband has shopped here before but this was my first time in. I was looking for riding boots and my parents were visiting from Texas and my dad was looking for some work boots for his property. I have to say the hands on customer service was top notch. Julisa and Brandi went above and beyond when assisting us and were very knowledgeable about all the different types of brands. We will definitely be paying them a visit in the future.

So friendly, and totally get what I shop there for. Awesome selections of boots and bling, and regardless if you are a rockabilly kid or a rancher needing new work wear they will have what you need! I love browsing around here -the only issue is their prices are usually just a little more than I want to spend but cheap enough that I am left really desiring it.

Everyone that works here is friendly and ready to help. They have alot of inventory and they know what they have, which is helpful if you need something specific. This is a great place to get every day gear or special presents for the cowboy/cowgirl that already has everything.

I have been saving up for months and after graduating high school, I was gifted just enough to buy a set of real boots, a hat, and belt. They had a great selection of what I was looking for and more. The costumer service was also better than great! All of the workers were friendly and helpful while I looked around and at check out. I'm definitely coming here again and recommending it to my friends!

This is a great local owned shop that carries so much more than other westernware stores. The folks who work there are amazing and always remember me! Great prices great place!

Went in today to buy my first pair of cowboy boots. So glad I did! Amy went above and beyond to make sure I was well informed on fitting and finding a great looking pair of boots. Definitely will be back for another pair.

Good place for men and women to shop for boots and western wear. Friendly, helpful staff and a bountiful selection. The boots range from traditional styles and patterns to more bold designs. I found a pair of Lucchese boots that fit very well, and was happy to take them home!

Just had an awesome time shopping here. Had the entire store offer to help me several times. This was great because I was in a hurry to get some clothes for a last minute trip to Nashville for a wedding. Carina, Julissa and Daisy went out of their way to really help me. Great staff they knew exactly what I was looking for. The prices are very reasonable. My jeans are very hard to find. I wear a 36 waist and a 36 inseam. They have them in stock.

Really nice store. I've been wanting to go here for quite some time. This place is packed with great western gear at reasonable process. They have a ton of boots and western clothing as well as buckles and hats. Im glad to know that they have the tools to fit cowboy hats. I have a 3x Stetson and would like to get it shaped and they can do that as well.
