I like all 3 of Balleys casinos. They're always clean neat.I get good service when I'm there. I like that I can park in the garage. the staff is very helpful plus occasionally I win.

Great time, as always, dealers and staff are always friendly and fair. Can't wait till the next poker tournament. Saturday was my 1st win, and I hope there is more to come.

One of my favorite poker rooms. The dealers are friendly, as well as the rest of the staff here. It makes a big difference to me to have friendly faces in a casino. Makes me want to keep coming back even when I lose!

Way better than I was expecting for $5. They do this 2 days a week. $8 reg. Still not bad price. This burger was really really good.

Came to visit and got the prime rib for 7.77 did not disappoint.

I enjoyed the poker lounge very cozy and homey feeling- the dealers are nice and help you out ( it was my first time gambling) the waitresses are friendly the drinks are free, they got a deli right by the lounge it's great really.

Favorite spot! Vibe and staff are awesome; just wish everything wasn't broken all the time. Kiosks been down for months, machines w/ blank screens, out of order bathrooms, & so much more. So much potential if they just took care of the place. Still I'm gonna keep going.

Great Customer Service, friendly staff. Unique atmosphere. I work in the casino's in Black Hawk, and this place is the chill place to go!

I must say bravo to a job well done. Losing and winning at an even intervals kept me plugging away. Overall I came out ahead and you cant get mad at that. Great staff and the feeling of safety was a constant . From the gaming floor to the parking garage cleanliness was at the top of their list.

This place is great! Saturday night the place is really fun! So many people at the tables.

Great place to drink and gamble. Cheri, Diana and Sara are great bartenders. Table games are fun and the dealers are amazing.
